Food prices are on the higher side, especially considering the inconsistent taste and modest portions. Service is average—not bad, but nothing exceptional. One of the standout positives is that the property offers its own parking, which is a big plus. However, the space is limited and can accommodate only about three cars at most. There are a few small but important improvements that could significantly enhance the guest experience: providing separate towels for each guest instead of just one, offering room slippers (disposable or not), and including a room freshener to keep the environment pleasant. Addressing these details would really elevate the overall stay.

The on-site restaurant offered a delightful array of North Indian and Continental dishes, all of which were flavorful and served with impeccable timing. The hotel’s proximity to Gomti Nagar Railway Station and Indira Nagar Metro Station made commuting effortless. The best hotel in lucknow recently i stayed here me and my sister we both were so safe and the hotel was clean and very good. Food was also awesome 💯💯 And the most cute thing in the hotel is that we had to go in a party and we came late night till 2 o'clock the staffs were so co operative they opened the gate for us and did not say a word but smiled instead and welcomed us in the hotel. I love this hotel a lot. And wish you all should stay there The airconditioner was also good kept us cool in this hot season. All over my last review is that the price of the hotel and the food is reasonable. Please lucknow people you should appreciate this hotel too good love u Riddhi regency With regards Veronica

THE WORST staff! Staff doesn't deserve to be in the hospitality segment - they're more like thugs - rude, arrogant and entitled. AND rooms are NEVER cleaned🤦🏻 Not sure why Oyo signs up with such gutter filth🤷🏻

Staff behaviour is very rude. first they provide us room where water heater was not working then need to switch room. staff is unprofessional and not properly responding.

Rooms are really good in this price but not exactly as shown in photo. Service was not bad as well as not good okay okay. Good to stay in affordable prices.

The room was clean but the blankets were not properly cleaned and mosquitoes are ready to welcome you 😁
