We dined at the Rocca in Hyatt regency, and while we particularly relished our starters, the highlight of our experience was our host, Siddharth, who was supremely courteous and catered to all our needs before we could even ask for it. My family really thanks him for making this night memorable with his kindness and wonderful hospitality. :) 100/10 recommend to ask for him to enhance your night/day.

My parents have been members of Hyatt regency Mumbai, and since my childhood I have been visiting Hyatt, the day i stepped into Hyatt lucknow it was complet nostalgic for me, from the service to the food, i remember ordering your risotto in Mumbai and I was completely stunned to go back in memories with my first bite of the risotto served in Lucknow, the Hyatt team has taken the best care of my family and I, never can i compare it to any other global company, the rooms in Lucknow were perfect, higher than our expectations, please review your cctv footage to the staff that has attended us for room 702 and 716. ||I thank you for your kind service and gesture.

As a 5 star hotel, it has good basic amenities. Hotel is good, clean, well maintained, food is good. Room for improvement is there in its rooms. Rooms may get more modern. And one thing more, housekeeping staff comes very late after calling. These r the areas of improvement

While the check-in process could have been smoother and I did face some delays with calls to housekeeping and the lobby manager not being attended, the rest of the stay more than made up for it. The highlight was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options to choose from. What stood out even more was the level of care and attention from the staff. A special mention to Goma, the steward, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly elevated the dining experience and made me feel valued as a guest. Despite the initial hiccups, the combination of outstanding food and sincere service left a lasting positive impression. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfortable accommodation and good food, but also a touch of genuine hospitality.

She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, always greeting us with a warm smile and remembering our preferences. It’s rare to come across such personalized service, and she truly made our stay memorable. Overall, Hyatt Regency Lucknow delivers on every aspect—luxurious comfort, excellent amenities, and above all, outstanding hospitality.
