The food is the best…really really good Lucknowi food on the menu and I loved the aloo paratha and the wide of homemade pickles that were served at the breakfast buffet. Ten stars from me!🤩 The speed of service can be improved but the staff are very courteous and helpful. Large and comfortable rooms and the hotel is very conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay and delicious food. Staff is very professional and takes care of everything needed. Everything was planned as instructed whether meetings space or early breakfast. Live kitchen served some best dosa and bakery items were awesome. Rooms were having all amenities required with nicely made beds.

The stay was amazing, beautiful hotel had amazing time with my friends and family, recommended if you're visiting Lucknow, friendly staff, keen and helpful, always smiling. Special mention to Shees and Vaishnavi from front office team, both of them took great care of us.

Overall an excellent experience. Had a great time and the hotel staff especially chef harshit and chef bikram helped us tremendously with the 10months old baby food. The reception team was also very responsive and even the security guards and bell boys. Overall excellent staff.

This was my first visit to Hyatt Regency Lucknow after signing corporate special rates—thank you, Nitu, for your professionalism and for helping me save my hard-earned money. Special thanks to Vaishnavi, my "Sankat-Mochan," who magically secured my booking for 15th–17th November when all other channels were closed. She also remembered my anniversary and arranged a beautiful cake-cutting surprise with Sheesh, Riddhi, and Akansha, making it a truly unforgettable experience.||||Check-in was seamless, thanks to Sheesh for ensuring my favorite room (203) was ready early. At Rocca, the food gets better every day—kudos to Chefs Ravi, Bheem, Tarun, and especially Chef Harshit, whose heartfelt preparations turn every meal into a soulful delight. The service team, led by Anoop, works flawlessly; special thanks to Swamy Ji, Puneet, Sachin, Anurag, Brijesh, Shiva, Aditya, Rabeena, Gita, Ruchi, Santosh, and Okali for their teamwork and hospitality.||||The pool and gym staff, guided by Punit, excel in customer care, with Rahul as a fantastic swimming coach. Housekeeping, under Kumail, ensures rooms are spotless and fragrant—special thanks to Raja, Sudhir, Ujjal, and Sandeep. The travel desk team (Pawan, Mahendra, and Asha) was always helpful with smiles to match.||||Finally, I must commend the General Manager, whose leadership clearly inspires the entire staff. This stay was an absolute delight, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Extremely disappointed with my experience on 14th Nov 24. The staff's unprofessionalism was shocking – I received a call at 11:30 PM from Punit Tiwari regarding a billing error. During dinner, the service was painfully slow, with a single chapati taking 30 minutes to arrive. To top it off, their buffet had very limited items, which was quite underwhelming. This is far from the standard expected of such an establishment. I cannot recommend this place unless there are serious improvements.
