I recently stayed at this property and the experience was delightful! The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Shipra at the reception. She was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. Shipra even helped me with local recommendations, which added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend . Looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed at this property with family for a holiday, and it was an awesome experience! The location is beautiful, the food was great, and the hospitality was top-notch. Hotel is on ventilator and immediate care is required. Very Poor quality rooms. knowingly there is water leakage from jet in washroom and also the holder for it is broken. Nobody in hotel cares to make it repaired. Room in hotel is only about mattress and pillow and nothing more.dirty curtains.some 40-50 old year furniture is what placed in the rooms. at the office power cut, generator is turned ON only when you ask them or make them aware that you are still in the hotel. Note : this feedback only for hotel rooms NOT for staff.

One of the best services in all of lucknow. Rooms are just beside the lake. The location is also at prime. Very clean Rooms with fast service and good WiFi. The food was very delicious. Special thanks to Shipra Ji at reception for her care. Everyone is very kind and hospitality is noteworthy.
