Treebo Silver Grand, Lucknow

Very good experience at treebo silver grand hotel, Staff behaviour were so nice the room quality is not too much match as my expectations but the quality of food and management service is too good, i will suggest to everyone if you are planning a stay programm in lucknow must visit this hotels!

The location is excellent looking over at the canal. The rooms are adequately prepped and the room service is functioal. The food was good and the price was not that pocket-burning. Overall a good deal

Pros: Hotel was clean. Room size was good. Cons: Too far from all city attractions (Approx 13 KM). Everytime you have to pay 300 to 400 rupees for cab or auto. First of all room amenities are not same for all rooms. We had booked 2 similar rooms. In one room they had provided hot water kettle and in the other room they had not. Then there was no table or stand near any point or socket where the kettle can be plugged. You have to plug in the kettle and hold. Another 2 points I will not share as cons but as experience. We had reached early in the mornings around 7:30 AM. Their check in time was 12 PM. We had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights. They had charged 1000 rupees as earlier check in charge. As We had kids and elderly people with us travelling by train so we requested them to adjust the complementary breakfast for that day. We told them that we will check out the hotel at around 5 AM so we will not be having breakfast on check out day and requested them to give the complementary breakfast that day. But they denied.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The rooms were overrun with rats—I could hear them inside the AC and even spotted them in the hotel kitchen. It was both horrifying and deeply unsettling. Despite reporting this to the staff, no solution was provided as other rooms faced the same issue. This lack of hygiene and washrooms are filthy dirty. Fake reviews have been posted to make it look good. Almost all guests had same issue and the hotel does not change the bedsheets after guests check out. Please avoid this place at all costs!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were infested with rats, which is unacceptable under any circumstances. I could hear them in the air conditioning unit and even saw them in the washroom false ceiling. It was horrifying and made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. After bringing this issue to the staff’s attention, the problem was not resolved as the other rooms also had the same issue. I strongly advise against staying here

Only good pictures and forced reviews are here one of the worst hotel experience u will get. Washroom taps are hundred year old packed with black corrosion. Latrine smell is so annoying it will not go even after all attempts and room is literally terrifying.
