I attended a marriage reception ceremony on 27 Nov. 1. The atmosphere was good. 2. Valet parking boy Ankit is very courteous & efficient. 3. The overall conduct was pathetic because for a professional place things should be in automatic mode. 4. Soft drinks were not served adequately. 5. Starters finished before time. 6. The room temperature of the hall was not maintained. 7. Mutton pieces were separately asked in Mutton Biryani as the tray was being refilled only with rice & no mutton pieces. 8. The place where dinner was served was not adequately lit. 9. Overall, it appears that this place is still not prepared to host marriage functions

Situated at a prime locality of Lucknow city, still away from the hustle and bustle of the busy traffic. My stay at this place cannot be made more comfortable than this. Good ambience.Very safe place for family as well as ladies. Rooms are comfortable, clean and with all basic amenities. Hospitality of all staff was excellent. They were helpful at any hour of the day. Good room service. Food was good. You can pick up this place without a second thought for a reasonable and comfortable stay.

Location is good. Breakfast buffet food was good. Spacious rooms. Staff refused to keep one bag in cloak room on day of checkout, poor service. That's a basic service from any hotel property you stay. Didn't like it. Had evening flight, had to carry my bag for entire day of work. Not recommended .

Excellent Hotel with Great Service" The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. The people in the reception were very helpful and had a good selection with attentive staff. Mr. Jitendra, Mr. Palash and team was always been friendly and helpful. That impressed me the most. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable better than expected. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!".

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service and cozy accommodations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the delightful dining experiences, every moment was a pleasure. The rooms were spacious & clean. The staff especially (Shobhit) was incredibly attentive, ensuring our every need was met promptly.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at utopian (16th November ) younger brother marriage I am writing this review as a warning to others: avoid booking utopian for any events, especially weddings. Our experience with their banquet services was an unmitigated disaster. We had booked the banquet hall for a wedding celebration, expecting a certain level of service and ambiance. What we got was a completely undecorated hall , mandap , dinning hall, which was not only uninviting but also a far cry from what we had been promised. The service staff was virtually nonexistent during the starter and main course, leaving guests to fend for themselves. The food, which was supposed to be a highlight of the event, was instead a source of frustration due to the lack of attention from the staff. But the worst part of the experience was the infestation of mosquitoes in the marriage mandap and dining area. Guests were constantly swatting at mosquitoes, which made the entire experience miserable. To top it all off, the management seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns or apologizing for their failures. In short, our experience at utopia was a nightmare. Unless you want to risk being cheated and disappointed, stay far, far away from this venue. *DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.*

Great place to stay. Economic and good services. The checking In was very smooth and the food is also very good. The rooms are clean and provided with all tr necessary amenities which are essential. The staff is very courteous and the room service is fast.

I have reached out to Jitendra ji at the very last moment for my event and which he accepted and made everything possible that i was looking for. He himself and his team is really prompt and exceptional at their work. We have provided a chef's consultation to which we were guided about the menu items which was suitable as per occasion and gathering and he openly suggested what to opt for. Food tasting was good, venue is neat and tidy. Most importantly the staff is most welcoming. There wasn't a thing to which they have said a "NO", every thing was superb and up to the mark. Our guests were really pleased with the overall service and experience. We are very grateful to Mr. Jitendra Singh for being such a good host.
