OYO 48926 Heritage Guest Inn

Very bad experience. Booked morning slot for my parents. First they welcomed and ready to provide rooms to stay but whey they know that booking is via OYO rooms, they refused to provide rooms stating unrealistic excuses. OYO room is equally responsible for this bad experience.

Absolutlely bas idea to stay here, here is why i say so: 1. Weird staff who has no manners 2. No decipline, staff are villagers who make noises till midnight not letting to sleep 3. No proper food, 4. Most importantly its not hotel its an impartment being treated as guest house 5. Its only good if you are couple and want to njoy your night stand 6. No parking space 7. Manager has no manners made me pay remaining amount at 12 am despite saying i will pay it in morning 8. In fact they have no manager at all they have a local boy managing things 9. Poor cleanliness, rooms are dirty i uswd my personal blanket which i was carrying

This is a type of guest house not hotel. It is situated quite inside the colony of Gomti nagar. It is located in posh area.

Worst hotel.. Very bad rooms.. Looks scary.. Food is worse and very costly

The hotel name and owner both are changed plz remove this hotel from the list... very poor service ever...
