FabExpress Alacia Inn - Hotel in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

I have stayed in this property for few times my stay was great over here. The staff is also very polite and they provide very fast service too.The rooms are very clean and tidy with a favourable environment. The price is also affordable. Parking facility is also available here. In case of power cut off there is generator also available. They also have their own restaurant and the same is available as per the need of customer.

Hotel took the booking when renovation work was going within the premises. However, recent experiences have highlighted significant lapses in security protocols, especially concerning the safety of female guests during the renovation period. Didn't expected that Fab Hotel chain has this type of pathetic service Please don't book by ratings & reviews on Fab Hotel website, they are all fake All commitments by Fab Hotels are fake. Customer service is also very poor.

My stay at FabExpress Elastane Inn was disappointing. Despite my efforts to clean the bathroom, it remained in poor condition, and the overall room cleanliness was subpar. The surroundings were noisy, with a nearby railway track causing disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, a water-related issue went unaddressed, leading to an unexpected disturbance. The staff's apparent ignorance added to the overall dissatisfaction. Considering the experience and the lack of provided amenities within the budget, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Horrible. Run by two pleasant young men and a gaggle of their friends. The photos are entirely fake, the bathroom was flooded, there was a bed in the center of the ‚lobby‘. We left as soon as we saw the room. Many beautiful hotels in the area. Do not stay here unless you have no problems with awful hygiene. Felt like Neverland and the lost boys.

If i could review it for zero stars i would. I have never been to a place this dirty and smelly. When i entered the lobby was dirty with dog poop on the floor, garbage everywhere and a horrible smell. Don't book any room here. Photos are fake. Better to sleep at the railstation.

The rooms are dirty, window has Paan Stain. Walls have wired stains. Toilet doesn't have hot water, had request hot water which came in a bucket after 45 mins. Even the dustbin kept inside the rooms was rusty. Overall not a happy with the stay.

Worst place to be... We didn't even stay there for 5 mins and left to search for a better hotel... The room was reeking with smell and the bedsheets were dirty with yellow stains.. the whole place was a mess with mosquito breeding in corners... We have already paid for the hotel and still we were ready to take the loss....

Worst hotel if zero star was possible I would have given that Dirty room mis behaved staff Noisey hotel I booked from booking seeing review all the photos are fake no included breakfast no towel nothing was provided this is not hotel it is hostel for roadsiders stay at railway station or bus stand instead of this ghtiya hotel sorry lounge or hostel or anything worst you can say
