It's a wonderful property...I have stayed in this hotel so many times...they have very professional staff and hospitality team...I would suggest each and everyone to experience atleast once in this property.

Not great. Let's start with the positives: room clean, restaurant pretty good.||Restaurant slow, though. Room awkward. The door to the small bathroom opens in, and the light switches are on the far wall. You have to kind of "walk around" the door to get in, then you're in the dark.||Shower never warmed up.||Plus, there's a window between the shower and the main part of the room.. No idea what that's about.||It's kind of hard to find, and not much around.||Very poor internet.||Not much around it.||Overall, cannot recommend.

Over-priced restaurant, dirty floors, and incomplete paint and finishes made for a disappointing experience.||We stayed two nights. The staff was attentive but could not make up for condition of the hotel. ||You could probably find better for basic accommodations.

If you don't love your peace of mind then go stay here. Apart from the clean rooms they have nothing to offer. Breakfast - nothing Service - pathetic

This is a Great Value Hotel in Lucknow with breakfast included in the tariff. Nice, quiet and comfortable. Tip top and clean. The housekeeping section works wonderfully. The receptionist is very professional and helpful. The in room dining experience is good. The morning breakfast varieties and taste needs improvement. I felt that the F&B service personnel were still under training, though they were very kind and helpful. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS SATISFACTORY.
