had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was well-maintained and the staff (Kartik) were courteous and attentive. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers. I highly recommend Hotel Vienna; it’s definitely worth a try and I would be happy to stay there again.

I am here in Lucknow for my business meetings and stayed in Vienna Inn hotel. It's just perfect for the beautiful and comfortable stay. The room is hygienic and comfortable. The bathroom is also quite neat and clean. The hospitality is good, especially Kartik Singh is a commendable staff member. Loved the hotel services. Definitely worth staying here. I hope you maintain lovely hospitality forever for your customers.

Professionalism is lacking. 7:30 a.m. breakfast should start 7:30. Two half litres mineral water were provided. Next morning I asked the reception for 2 more. He replied....give us the empty ones, we will fill with RO water. I asked for packaged water. He told cannot be given. For 3k room tariff I think it was not much to ask for. AC was noisy in our room.

I have stayed at Vieanna twice within a span of one month and what makes this hotel stand out is the attention to details. From bedsheets to the quality of towels, kettle and lighting and lighting and everything else in between is of quality which one would find in really expensive hotels. The staff is really professional and even cooperative in terms of check in and check out timings. Their Menu offers a great variety of options. All in all Vieanna Inn has done a tremendous job, highly recommended for a great stay and value for the prices charged 👍

It is a very good hotel and best hotel in Lucknow with each and every facility available. The rooms are luxurious and large . The bathroom is elegant.each and every thing is best . The service is great . The hotel staff is excellent. It is like a 5 star hotel. Parking facilities are also available

The rooms are quite hygenic and spacious. The staff is quite hospitable and courteous especially Mr. Kartik singh. The bathroom is quite clean as well. The location of the hotel is quite accessible. Worth every penny spent here. All the required amenities are just perfect. Keep it up!

The accommodations and management were both excellent. Furthermore, the cuisine was exceptional, particularly the mushroom ghalawat and veg hara bhara kebab. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Shivam Ji for his exceptional cooperation throughout my stay. This establishment will undoubtedly be my preferred choice for future visits to Lucknow.
