I recently stayed at the Kingship Hotel and was blown away by the exceptional quality of the room! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern decor, plush furnishings, and spotless cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The room was spacious, The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job of keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay "The restaurant at the Kingship Hotel was a culinary delight! The menu offered a wide range of delicious options, and the food was expertly prepared and presented. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a vast selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and variety of the food, and would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal.

Kingship Hotel in Lucknow is undoubtedly a beautiful place, no doubts about that. However, during an event I attended, I noticed that they were collecting reviews from attendees in exchange for just some snacks. While the strategy might seem clever, they should be mindful of the quality of reviews they're getting. A professional review should be given special treatment. One thing that really stood out was the lack of basic amenities during the event—no water was provided as the evening began. Thankfully, when we went to the restaurant and asked for water, the staff kindly provided it, which I appreciated. As for the venue itself, the interior is quite good, the staff are polite, and the hall is suitable for small parties. Parking is available, so no worries there. The rooms are good as well, offering a comfortable stay. Overall, it's a decent place, but they could improve on the small but important details.

Had a great stay at Kingship hotel. The service is great, rooms are neat and spacious. Location is also easily reachable. Family friendly hotel at a decent price.

Pillows were sooo dirty. I forgot my key in car so i asked them to please open with your master key they dint have the key made us to go to the car the i opened the door. Staff dont know what is hospitality. One female staff made us to stay in lobby till room is checked . And finally she said one hand towel is missing that too in front of every one that made us so embarrased . And reality was there was only one hand towel. Even after that she dint have courtesy to say sorry. They were behaving like they are letting us stay free of cost.

The restaurant is good. Breakfast is okay. The rooms are neat and clean and not fancy. No gym in the hotel. Bathrooms are small but good hot water. Comfortable sleep and no disturbance.

Great hotel with a arrogantly terrible attitude!!! We stayed here for more than a month and with each passing day, their level of services just deteriorated. Especially, when they got a booking for entire hotel for some wedding, their behavior completely changed in a week's time and looked like they were deliberately doing it to make us move out. Communication is not in the books of even higher management and only big words, no action is the key to functioning. Their GM SIR is always there to listen to you ONLY and doesn't even bother to act, even when he is present at the place. The team in the restaurant Cilantro, is taught how to ignore the guests. Specifically Mr. Brijesh, will actually do you a favour by serving food and his arrogance will make you feel sick. Mind you, if their GM sir or anyone from management and family, is in restaurant, they will not look at you at all. They don't serve fresh food mostly and in particular, the sambhar served is always 3 days old bcz apparently fresh doesn't taste nice ( as stated by their Chef himself). The management keeps on assuring that food quality will be improved, during the entire duration repeatedly, but then it didn't work. Vikas is the only person who would make an effort to help atleast. So, for 1-2 days stay, it is a nice place and for longer stays, you will know how they are playing , mostly serving stale or leftover food from parties and celebrations. Initially they only encouraged to serve buffet food in the room for convenience. The rules can't be changing overnight. And even they had to change, there is a manner to communicate. You can't make your guests feel awkward. Only sincerity in the entire staff, is in Housekeeping team with Vinay, Vikas and Chandan on it. They are the only ones who act whenever required with complete heart and honesty. Also, this is not a kid friendly space, they will be courteous at first and then show true colors. Thanks Hotel Kingship for the awful experience and would definitely not recommend this one!
