Hotel Raghav Guest House - Best Budget Hotel in Mathura

We booked this hotel for 2 days October 22 to 24 October, 2024 for visiting mathura and brindavan. The room that I have booked for 4 people looks small for 4 person accommodation and there was no window. Therefore it was a bit suffocating. Otherwise the room is clean. The staff and manager were good. They arranged for us a ground floor room as per my request. The location is just on the main road side. Overall a good experience.

I think all reviews are bought from peoples. Rooms are good but not properly clean. Wi-Fi signals are not good at every room. SmartTV is given with free dish but can't stream online. Bad staff behaviour once you pay they don't listen to your complaints and requests. Had a fight on writing review, such a stupid activity🤣🤣

Room was good as per the price. Service was fantastic. Location is near Krishna janmabhumi. But you have to cross the flyover always.

Worst management. Not sure how overall rating is 4.8, doesn't seems genuine at all. The manager agreed with price, date and availability when booked in advance a week back but when checked a day prior refused everything and started asking 3 times agreed price. Not professional, pls stay away from this property, specially for any advance booking.

The staffs give you excellent service.. if you ever face any problem then they are very prompt to resolve..Rooms are average but food provided by then are tasty.
