the only thing hood about this hotel is the location. rooms had fungus all over the places. taps and bathroom door handles had fungus too. food was okayish.

This place is just opposite to the main gate of Shri Krishna Janamsthan. They have two gates one through the restaurant and the other opening on the next allay. The entire facility is neat and clean. The staff are polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The rooms are standard size and have all basic facilities, a perfect stay in that area.

Actual value of room is just 1600 Rs. For A/C double bed delux for family with kid if you will book on counter. But in online that is showing 3000 and more. And they don't have any ethics value they can cancel your booking if thay got more offer, even you had paid full amount. So don't trust on this hotel. It's our personal experience as we had booked for 28th and 29th March 2024 on counter and paid full amount, but when they got more booking due to good Friday and weekend,they are asking for 2400 Rs. Or cancel our booking for 29th.

Just opposite to Krishna Janamstan temple.food stalls are also sprint away.had a great stay there

We came from Kerala here just before krushna janma. They received us nicely. The rooms were clean and bathrooms too were very clean. They can bring the food in the room on order or we can go down in their cafe. The food was good and service was good. The hotel is really in front of the gate of Krushna janm bhumi temple and so we could visit the temple at our convenient time. We were happy with our stay in Mathura in this hotel. This is a hotel at right spot with all facilities and with good price.

I checked in on 2 July 22. I reserved room based on reviews on MMT and GoIbibo. They are all lies. ||1: As you checkin first thing they ask u is full payment. Without that u cant move in the room||2: As u checkin, the guy at reception tuns on the main switch, gives u 2 old towels, 2 toothbrush, 1 shampoo pouch, 1 soap, 1 water bottle and AC remote. Yes, they hand all this to you. Gives u a feeling of JAIL.||3: No toilet paper, no handwash in washroom. ||4: No AC blanket. I mean there was nothing on the bed except for pillows and bedsheet.||5: No Coffee Maker in room||6: No Geyser in bathroom||7: No sanitiser anywhere.||||It is one of the most disgusting properties I ever stayed in. I made booking by directly calling them and doing Paytm transfer. I was later told that AC will not work if there is power cut. It was terribly hot during July and there was power cut for 5-6 hours. I have a little daughter and it was painfuly difficult to manage without AC. They have this power cut thing written on reception but no where they mentioned on whatapp when I did online transfer. I asked about the same to the guy at reception and he said 'hmari koi galti nahi h agar apko nahi pata to, reception pe likha to h'. ||||In simple language if I say, ghatiya hotel h. Hotel nahi h PG type h. Avoid it, just avoid it. Dont go with what people are saying there, its a lie. Dharamshala mein ruk jana but yahan nahi.||||And lastly, there is no parking available. U will park on road without any security. I told u, it is not a hotel it is a PG and that too a cheap one.

At first our agent booked our room in subhadra guest house, I think it's a trap by which these agents trap especially Bengali tourists. The rooms were so dirty my sister and brother started crying but in night we were searching for other hotel then we found this place. I think the owner of this hotel was kind and helpful. He called and helped us to get a room for cheap. So nice of him. Rooms were very clean, WiFi is there, Airtel DTH TV. I think this is the best hotel in Shree Krishna janmabhoomi. Very great place. Atleast we could sleep peacefully that day thanks to their kindness. Very very much grateful.
