HOTEL SHEETAL REGENCY

The hotel was under renovation and the room provided for Rs. 3800/- + GST was not worth the price. The AC was not working and at some places, there was slightly water leakage from top ceiling. But the service was good. They actively responded to our calls and provided quick service. The breakfast was great with decent variety. Rooms have a lot to be improved but commendable room service. Overall, it was a decent experience with its pros and cons.

Horrible experience. TV not worked due to non payment of recharge. Despite 10 reminders. Refrigerator was not working. I could not place my insulin which is required to be put in cold places. Telephone was not working. Breakfast was also very bad limited items. On the whole very bad experience and will not recommend any body to stay there despite very high charges considering the nearby similar hotels room rent.

Very poor maintainance. We have booked the hotel one month before and the rooms were not ready. Ac not working, washroooms were not ready, hot water was not available. Very poor maintainance. the staff was very polite though. |Food: cheese balls weregood. Night dinner was very good, morning is ok the price here does not meet the ambience here anywhere..

Worst ever hotel: now a days even average hotels provide water kettle, tea coffee maker etc but this so called 3 star hotel did not provided even a regular water in room. I booked the room for 2 days, no towels were there till late night even asking so many times, no drinking water available in room. No warm water available in bathroom, no tv connection, no internet. It was pathetic and horrible to stay there. Food was good only with 3 star rate, nothing else worth 3 star. Pathetic service, very bad experience with this hotel. Please dont book this hotel seing pictures or services they mentioned, it will burn your money only.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. We booked super deluxe rooms in the hotel following the Agoda review. The hotel charged us 3.8K per room for the night but it’s not worth at all. Walls were chipping off plus they had the renovation going on next to the rooms with constant hammering and drilling sound. Windows had rust over it. There were dirt underneath the floor mats. Standard amenities like hot water kettle, tea bags were missing though they were provided on request however we were told that these amenities are provided for luxury room!!!. TV in one room was not working, intercom in one room was missing. Toilets were stained. The food was ok. The only good part were the service boys who helped with luggage. The hotel doesn’t even have pick and drop vehicles available. We were happy that we stayed only for night

Entire hotel staff is very kind and always helpful. Rooms are very well maintained. Food quality is best in town.

If you want to get irritated this the place. Staff has very bad manners so does the manager . Takes an hour to get your order. They does know anything about hospitality. Fake 3 star status
