Not sure about the accommodation. But definitely a terrible place to have food. Nobody is bothered to treat the customers with respect. The officials are least bothered to check if the customer has ordered something or facing some difficulty. No respect shown to the customer. Pathetic Place.

AC doesn't work. Lift too gets stuck when electricity is cut. It's hazardous. Very narrow pathways. There is a good chance of having the situation of short circuit. Avoid this hotel as there is threat to lofe staying here.

This is the worst hotel one can ever book, it spoiled my wedding day never ever book this place. Worst hotel service and non corporative staff they don’t provide any food and even water rooms are at its worst and don’t even this of toilet facilities

The rooms emitted a foul odor that lingered throughout my entire stay, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. Additionally, the bathroom doors were unable to be locked, which not only compromised privacy but also raised concerns about security. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others seeking a pleasant accommodation.

Never stay in this hotel, they don't even switch on the ac, lift is always unserviceable. Receptionist is not cooperative. I stayed with family consisting 5 month old baby, it was nightmare for me to survive the night. The compressor of ac is fitted in washroom. You can imagine the heat and noise inside wc. Not worth a penny, save yourself by staying away from it.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at Hotel Radhika Palace left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it was evident that this establishment was not up to par. The decor was outdated, and the ambiance felt stale. However, the real disappointment came when I reached my room. The room at Hotel Radhika Palace was in a pathetic condition. The furniture looked worn out, with stains and scratches covering nearly every surface. The bed linens were threadbare, and the mattress felt like it had seen better days. Basic amenities such as toiletries and towels were not provided. Furthermore, the lack of cleanliness was concerning. Dust accumulated in corners, and the bathroom tiles were grimy. It was evident that proper maintenance was not a priority for the hotel staff. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. They seemed indifferent to the guests' needs and were unresponsive to complaints about the state of the room. Overall, my experience at Hotel Radhika Palace was deeply disappointing. For the price paid, I expected at least basic amenities and a comfortable stay. Instead, I encountered a rundown establishment lacking even the most fundamental standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise against booking a stay at Hotel Radhika Palace until significant improvements are made.

I recently stayed at Hotel Radhika Palace and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Firstly, the lift was out of order throughout my stay, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially when carrying luggage or returning tired after a long day. Additionally, the hotel had an overwhelming and persistent bad odor that permeated throughout the premises, making it difficult to enjoy any aspect of my stay. Overall, the combination of a malfunctioning lift and the unbearable odor made my stay at Hotel Radhika Palace highly unpleasant and unacceptable.
