Itsy Hotels Anjali Mahal, 500 Mtrs From Mathura Railway Station

The hotel was lovely, and the breakfast had a comforting, home-cooked feel. However, the cleanliness could have been better, and the AC in the room seemed quite old, struggling to cool the space effectively. Overall, I’d rate the stay a 4/5.

The hotel is in a good place, and the manager of the hotel is so friendly. My room AC was not cooling. And there is a major issue that the electricity cuts very much but the good thing is that there is a power supply.

Very bad experience with hotel bathroom. Many rooms bathroom appliances not working specifically combode and water problem here. Hotel description mention you get breakfast but only Limited foods only one getting. And mention in hotel description you get soaps, toothbrush, slippers, toiletries, tissue papers etc but not provided anything. Hotel bathroom is very small and critical spaces and too noisy. Hotel A/C is not working fine. Beds are not comfortable of Anjali Mahal hotel. My experience is too bad with Anjali mahal.

Run away from that place, it's infested with bed bugs, I woke up during the night and found about 20 of them on my bed and on the sofa. I captured some of them to complain at the reception, of course they are not surprised, they gave me an other room on same floor but it's the same infection. It was 2:30am I couldn't go anywhere else so I ended up sleeping on the floor of the bathroom. When I asked for a refund (only 1000rupees) the receptionist refused. I had to make pressure by calling my Indian friends. They finally refund the night but they were not polite to me as a foreigner (french)
