Hotel Basera

Rooms were smelling, sheets & towels were dirty and were torn. It took 1.5 hours after ordering the breakfast. Tv was not working. Electric cables were coming out which were danger for kids. Never recommend this hotel

Location is a bit off, service can be improved, food is good, ample of parking space, well kept property.

Nice experience. Although it is situated at the ending of mathura but not much far from centre. Rooms are quite sufficient and they have restaurant within the hotel so you can order food too. We got a cab as well arranged at night around 1 through the hotel manager so they are quite supportive too.

Worst rooms with smell 👃.. location is prime , we booked double beds room we can’t sleep so we changed the rooms in night we had to use our perfumes to work as a room freshner , because staff gulsb jal dal k chale gae 🫤

Worst experience all staff were with zero hospitality skill they don't know how to greet The food experience was awful Food was cold Tea cups are damaged

Ridiculous services and food I would have wasted my money which I paid during booking instead of staying there that much bad it was No wifi No TV Food was overcooked (can say burnt) No water for bath or using washroom in morning water came after 8am Very bad stay will never visit there again
