The Mystic Palms

Wouldn't reccomend this place for the price range. Yes, accepted I did not buy them, but for the price range in hospitality sector, we do deserve better. The rooms are good, however there are a few cracks here and there, but overlooking that it was good. The main concern is the restaurant attached to the Hotel. They will say there is no reservation and a house guest gets first priority. However when you reach there they will refuse to serve you. They do not listen to your complete order and always mix up things if they entertain you that is. Moreover, they only serve ice cream in an already small dessert menu of 4 items. And best of all they did not take my order specifically in my table and instead served wrong items to my table that others had ordered. If this is how it is continuing I guess mystic palms should not call themselves a 3 star anymore. To sum it up The mystic palms maybe gained a customer, but the cafe attached to it surely lost one

I checked into the hotel for a night halt and was to check out early morning the next day. I wasn't expecting any service as it is a cheap highway line hotel. But at 5k a day, the minimum was a decent room, to sleep peacefully. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The AC did not cool the room, the maintenance did not respond either. After a lot of following up they fixed it temporarily. But it stopped working at night again. This completely ruined my sleep. Tried calling the reception nobody answered. Finally after 20 minutes someone answered in a sleepy voice and said nothing can be done about the AC. I requested for a pedestal fan which they didn't have. I then requested for a room change, so that I can at least sleep for the rest of the night. They were very reluctant. After requesting repeatedly, and finally forcing them to act, they gave me another room at 4 am, which was dirty and dusty! I quietly just slept for the rest of the time. Next morning I gave my feedback to the manager on checking out. The manager listened to me dumbly and was more concerned about taking the money. Pretty shameless, unscrupulous, careless and pathetic attitude of the manager which is obviously passed down to the staff.

I visited this place with colleagues and the vibe is really great. I am a college student and Mathura needs more places like this. The food was okay , it could have been much better so i would rate 3/5, ambience 4.5/5 and service 4/5. It has got a pool inside and around our table there were sprinklers and they kept spraying fragrant water i guess (mist) and we asked them to turn it off after a while. The price was a little high. There was both outdoor as well as indoor seating. One can host parties as well.

A very beautiful place with elegant interior design. Food was awesome. A must try ambience. Glad to have a nightstay there. I orderedveg Italian sizzler. The taste was unique. One of the staff named " Mr.Dalchand" attended us. A very nice boy with good behavior......overall experience fabulous.

We booked this based on online photos available in reviews. The hotel is not visible from road side until you reach quite near to it. To our surprise it turned out to be quite pleasant hotel. The restaurant and pool area is good as well. The food was very tasty.

"Excellent Hotel with a Wonderful Ambience" We recently one family function at Hotel Mystic Palm Mathura. The overall ambiance was exceptional, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The hotel was well-maintained, with attention to detail in every aspect of its service. The staff were incredibly attentive and prompt in addressing any requests. I would like to specifically commend the General Manager, Mr. Raushan, for his outstanding hospitality. He was not only supportive but also quick to respond. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to organise any function or for stay.

i have the bad experience ever in this hotel... there hospitality 0/20.. when ever you call to room service to order something they will just say yes but won't deliver the order.. the worse hotel i have ever visited
