The location of this place is highly convenient, being close to Krishna Janmabhoomi Mandir. Sharing autos are readily available, making commuting effortless. The food served à la carte is absolutely delicious, and the café adjacent to the restaurant is neat, clean, and offers delectable options. While I cannot comment on the food included in package deals, the café experience was delightful. The room was very clean, though there was a minor issue with water clogging in the bathroom. As we were staying for just one night, we didn't raise a complaint. The staff was extremely helpful, allowing us to store our luggage safely until 8:00 PM at no extra cost. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay😊

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Spiti in Mathura. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to key attractions. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mathura!

In our tour of 10 days across UP and about 7 hotels, this one appeared small however the “SERVICE IS REALLY REALLY GOOD” . Very helpful nature with pleasant smiling faces !!

Location is good. But service and the complimentary breakfast is very poor. Water stopped coming while taking bath. Consider food quality and service before booking..

I have not been to their hotel but the cafe attached with hotel Loft cafe deserves praise. Extremely tasty food and ambience is satisfactory considering Mathura city where in all are "गंबार" not even having a sense to talk to. I ordered their best combo dal makhni and choor choor naan, dal makhni tastes delicious with crispy choor choor naan.

Very clean well maintained rooms, courteous staff. Restaurant has amazing food with taste and quality. Breakfast portion is also good. One of the best hotel to stay in mathura.
