ITCO Group Hotel Paradise

It seems like big hotel from outside but it have a few rooms.you can't find better than this in 600rs. My friend stayed there and I also visited there to see him. It was a regular room not hi-fi kind. While booking a room you must confirm the check-in and check-out timing which is always better for you and your peace of mind. Staff seemed a little bit kind of confuse but listened to you. And checkout time was 10:30 but they allowed him to 11:30. It was his good experience in his budget.

It's a nice hotel for couples, student and low budget families... Cleanliness not at par but it's ok... Staff behavior is very good... Food is also good... I recommend it... And one more thing they are not making fool of customers as other nearby does...

Very poor experience. Very poor condition of room. Dirty wardrobe. No shower. To take lunch or dinner there is no table. TV is also old model. Complement only very small soap even towel not given. 1ltr mineral water pay rs 30 whiles i said ur boy will bring me from outside he told me that not allowed. Plz dont advance pay for this hotel.

This hotel is only good when you book directly from the hotel But if you have booked with an application like Oyo, then they will treat you as if you have robbed them of something. I had booked at this hotel from Oyo and I arrived a little earlier and I was ready to give them extra 30% but they said that they do not follow the rules of Oyo. Due to which we also had a lot of debate and I also complained in Oyo and on behalf of Oyo, the manager was asked to give room for 30% more amount but it did not yield any result. It was a really bad experience for me.

It's 2 star hotel with basic amenities....hotel is in the main market budh bazar which is quite close 2 railway station.. if u get in under 500 den ok to visit otherwise not at all....one thing I liked about the hotel was service, housekeeping service which was excellent in my case ......except dt everythng was very average

I booked this hotel by seeing 3 stars on application and now i am giving actual star that it belong. Really pathetic hotel so far i have seen. The worst of my life please do not consider what people are writing about it because its totally fake reviews. You can see the photos they it self give the explaination

Happened to travel from Delhi to Nainital- on 18th June 2018. We struck at Moradabad and forced to stay for the night. Our family have two children and one is a baby of 6months. But we couldn't get any hotel at this location. All hotels were filled with candidates for next day public exam. At last we visited ITCO Paradise. Hotel manager whole heartedly help us and informed MD regarding our situation. The MD gave his office room for us for stay for the night. Even though we were out of the city and not known to them the kindness shows by Paradise and its members are precious and good heart. Thank you Paradise and Moradabad...

Location is quite good, ambience was good too. Service was nice. Don't know about rooms as I did not use one.
