The Grand Village Hotel

Not maintaining the linens in the room. Loud music playing in the halls till 1am, probably this hotel is best suited for locals participating in parties but not for business associates trying to get a good night sleep after a hectic day.. surprised to see snacks coming out from sofas! Hilarious! Shows the poor housekeeping. They have so called 24X7 room service and in room dining but nobody will pick up the phone. Probably better to stay in holiday residency or the next door amara hotel..big disappointment!

Staff needs to be more active, we had to ask for ketchup with fries Seasoning with pizza Food taste is fine, if u are expecting perfection for the price, you might get disappointed.

The Hotel is Ok type however the Manager sitting in the front desk reception with spectacles does not know how to behave with Customers. Have some respect for your customers if you want to avoid seeing single star in your reviews. MANAGER NEEDS TO LEARN SOME MANNERS. THIS SINGLE STAR IS PURELY FOR HIM.

Wonderful Place to halt. But since it has marriage hall and party hall it has very disturbing and noisy surrounding, hard to even sleep.

Very nice and soothing place, with a good air conditioning and ventilaton. The catering was very well arranged, the food was good.
