Hotel Ajantaa

Most likely the only budget hotel you'll find that is good in the city. Stayed here 2 times and both times my experience were good. It is within walkable distance from railway station. You could always take an auto or rickshaw if you don't want to walk. Exterior might look unappealing but it is worth it from the inside. Staff have been nice and helpful to me as well. It is also family friendly.

I think it's Best hotel in Moradabad coz it's located in budh bazar moreover just 10 min walking distance from railway station...and the staff is very kind and service is very responsive.. Food is good (thali is just like home made food must try)...

1. Very good location. 2. Hotel entrance is by stairs, hotel parking available nearby. 3. Spacious, clean and hygienic rooms. Can accommodate 3rd person on pullout bed. 4. Extremely supportive staff and very fast service. 5. Kitchen facility with Thali system available. Food good and reasonable.

The booking was done online and the payment bwas also made on time. The Hotelier kept on calling me every 30mins to ask about the payment. I said the payment has been processed but rather than checking his bank he kept on calling me. I had to check his bank deposits and confirm him about his transactions of the day. When I reached the hotel he had already alloted a room. No choice given for rooms. Not sure whether the room given to me was the one for which I paid or was it a basic one. Food is extra costly. Service time is very late. You call the reception and it seems they would forget who had called and you will have to recall them.

This review may discourage many travellers. Its at your own discretion to book here at ajanta, because I would have given minus 5 rating if there was any option for it. The Receptionist is a hippocrat, They can allow online booking through any website and at hotel they can simply exploit right to admission and may deny you the check in. sometimes They say, We dont allow online booking for unmarried couples(BUT ALLOW THEIR CHECKIN IF YOU APPROACH THEN OFFLINE AND PAY EXTTA HUNDREDS.) A BASELESS POLICY, AND IN SIMILAR CASE PLEASE BE READY TO WRITE TO TRAVEL WEBSITE AND SEEK REFUND AND WASTE A WEEK TO GET REFUND. I was told, to book one more room OFFLINE Inspite of having a room successfully Booked for Couple , SO THAT THEY CAN SHOW DIFFERENT BOOKINGS OF TWO DIFFERENT PERSONS, BUT WOULD ALLOW THEM TO STAY. Mr. Bajpai of ajanta can explain you a in a long lecture about hotel policies different for Travellers who book rooms online and offline. This review is 100% accurate and true.

I had an amazing stay at this property!! Everything from food to cleanliness was just perfect and so was their hospitality which exceeded way beyond my expectations👍👍 To sum it up, this stay ranks amongst my best ever stays which cover the whole range of cities from metropolitans to small towns, from small hotels to big chains!! I'll cherish the experience.....
