OYO 28375 Hotel Bhagwan Regency

Hotel is nice but i think their rooms are so small.. They really needed to work on it.. Staff is good and supportive.. Staff hospitality is quite good.. Don't know about the parking facility because I went here through OLA... Rooms are neat & clean and washrooms are also in good conditions.. Rooms are divided in AC or Non AC types.. So you can choose any room according to your priority..

Worst hotel I've been into. Flush cistern didn't had any water . Ac was not working. Staff cheated us and did not gave us our designated rooms and neither they were cooperated. Furniture was very bad. New linen contained water spots . Hygiene was not maintained in washrooms . Floor also had spots and spit spots were there in room 105. They cheated us and gave us 112 1x room instead of 108 2x room . It was the most unpleasant experience . They say these are Oyo standards

I booked the room through Oyo..... But on reaching the Hotel the executive at reception told me that they have no tie-up with Oyo. While booking the hotel on website the amount was Rs. 799/- but on reaching the hotel the executive told me that the price would be Rs. 900/-. I Checked In at 4:30A.M. and Checked out before 12:00 P.M. The water provided to me was not even drinkable ( Khara Paani). The tea was tasteless. I asked for breakfast, the room attendant confirmed that it will be provided soon but after about half an hour the attendant came and said that the Cook /Chef is not well so the breakfast can't be provided.

Hotel service is good but rooms are very small. Although rooms were neat and clean but less spacious. Staff behavior was good. I didn't eat food there so that I can't say about it.

Very bad experience i hate the system of hotel wrong commitment . electricity problem ac not working but charged from me and staf said electricity is not our hand hate this

worst customer service experience i was come from jammu 10:15 PM at Night and i was very tired and OYO 9123 Baghban Residency Denied Check-in because Tariff already pay by online Mode He want payment cash when i told him thet i already pay hotel Tariff by online mode and money already debit from my bank account. he was not agree for check in.... hotel staff was also not supporting ......... i do not recommend this hotel for anyone it was very bad experience......

Everything is ok and rooms is too good as compare to is facade and alao reasonable price

Small rooms. Gyser was not working. I checked two rooms and toilets were not tidy. Basically not a hygienic place.
