I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. They made no effort to greet or assist properly, and every question or request was met with arrogance and attitude. It felt like they were doing me a favor by simply answering basic queries. Hospitality is the backbone of any hotel, and sadly, this place completely fails in that regard. The behavior of the staff left a lasting negative impression, and I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or welcoming stay.
