Worst behaviour with the customers. Rude staff, zero hotel services. Even they close the lifts purposely to create nuisance. Not at all considering for even an hour extension despite offering the money for an hour.

They are no 1 thug. Charging 8000-10000 per room with no facility. Not issuing me bill after payment. Dont go there instead stay in Kumbh Tents

Worst experience I ever had till now. I am describing below: 1) Below than third class staff deployed at this hotel (arrogant, misbehaving, rude, uneducated, disrespectful). 2) Unhygienic rooms, dirty bedsheets, blankets & pillows, unfinished electrical installations, unhygienic washroom, no room service, misbehaving staff etc. are some excellent qualities of this hotel. 3) No air conditioners installed and still charging like a mansion. 4) The owner, his son and whole staff of hotel beaten me and my friends just over a little issue of unclean and unhygienic toilet being asked to get cleaned. 5) Neither they provide any receipt nor any kind of proof that you stayed at their hotel just to save their GST obligations making fool of government. 6) The hotel building is under construction phase and still they are charging like a 5 star property (Rs.9000/- for a single room for two persons). 7) Emergency installments/requirements are not installed. In case of any emergency, one surely may not find a way out of hotel. 8) No parking space is there in the hotel. They park your car on the main road where police may at any time tow your vehicle away. 9) No restaurant or arrangement for even a cup of tea is not there in the hotel. 10) They often close the lift and make lame excuses that it has gone under maintenance and a technician is on the way to rectify. Many more points are there but I am short of time to describe. Finally, it's a below base hotel. Don't ever go to stay here.
