Hotel Yashpadam Continental

Big NO. Very expensive, we booked in advance, they told they have parking facility, we arrived at night... parked our vehicle where they told and in morning at 9am our vehicle was surrounded by hundreds of bikes and cars...they don't even care how we are going to take out ours. After raising the complain ...they were like it's not there responsibility....we waited for the whole day and in the evening when people took out there vehicle then only we were able to move out . Worst experience...not recommended at all.

I would like to share my recent experience at a three-star hotel that fell significantly short of expectations. As a traveler, I have come to anticipate a certain level of service, particularly when it comes to essential amenities. During my stay, I encountered a situation that left me quite dissatisfied. I needed a multi-plug adapter for my UAE phone charger, which I assumed would be a standard request at any hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk staff informed me that they did not have one available and dismissed my inquiry without further assistance. This lack of support was disappointing, particularly from an establishment that claims a three-star rating. Additionally, I observed the reception staff engaging in unprofessional behavior. One staff member was chewing tobacco while attending to guests. As I was recording my details in the register, tobacco unexpectedly fell onto the same page. Disturbingly, there was no acknowledgment or apology for this oversight. No wifi also. These experiences have led me to question the hotel’s classification and overall standards. Service quality is paramount in the hospitality industry, and I hope management takes these observations to heart in order to improve the experience for future guests.

One of the worst hotel in prayagraj.very poor management and ugly and uncleaned rooms.management is shameless and least bothered in hospitality. Jet spray broken,dirty linen and towel,fungus on wall,stinky washroom. Just dont go by reading review,they are all fake reviews.

Rooms quality & hygiene is excellent, including washrooms. Complimentary breakfast is full filling & delicious. All hotel staff are very helpful & decent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Prayagraj due to its close proximity to Railway Station & Bus station.

Pathetic Service. Worst Stay according to the amount we paid to the package, not a 3 star hotel in any respect. No proper amenities provided by hotel management. For every room having only one master access key to opening n closing the room. What was the use of booking in advance. Who can call this a 3 star hotel. Unpleasant Stay. Be Aware !! Before You Book a Room.?

Stinking lift, dirty rooms ... not painted for long. cleaning after a customer leaves and other customer checks in is not done well. small cockroaches in room. I rejected 2 rooms and finally Compromised in 3rd room we were tired

In this hotel we organise freshers party 🎉 the hall and reasturent are separate and the environment is very good 😊 excellent in pragyaraj if you are looking for party hall , engagement, birthday party 🎶 in a very good place so you can go for it.. 100/ sure you love this hotel
