Situated at the cusp of dominos and grand continental this hotel is just normal a place to stay. Nothing much to say about it. There is a coaching center here named unacademy whom JK hotel has leased out a portion of property. You can very well understand the obvious reason behind it.

Stay at Capital Hotel JK Palace was so terrible to say...||||Imagine flush not working; TV not functioning in the room; no information about wifi but leave all of this - despite changing our room due to these issues - we were not given towels, yes NO TOWELS! And so much more to crib about...||||And the worst part was that hotel staff kept telling us different lies as we spoke to different people. Person at the reception said to us that he will give us towels and get everything fixed when we would back to our rooms post dinner. At night, we were told that they did not have towels and while the another kept lying that due to Corona they had stopped supplying towels just that hour. Such rascals!||||Very poor hygiene, bed sheet with whole (yes, you are reading it right) and so on..||||We (me and my wife) were thankful that it was only a single day's stay to we managed somehow but it was the worst experience of our life.||||I would strongly discourage people to use this hotel - it's shady and bad in every aspect.

This is my second time visit to this hotel. It is in nice location just opposite of PVR mall . Kitchen is also good. The staffs are good and friendly. But the manager behavior has to be changed. He is not professional. My flight was at 5;30 pm so I requested them to stay until 2 o clock but his reply was not good. Though last year he accept my request and the hotel was almost empty . I think he needs to learn how to behave a customer specially with ladies. Other wise the hotel is quite good. One can access easily. Wifi was worst.

Staff behaviour was very rude, asked that the room which i selected through booking.com is very cheap and they charge 2000 for this room and when i got late in checkout they charged me 500 more. When i was trying to discuss about it, they are ready to fight... Just not professional at all. Felt totally unsecured in such hotel where hotel manager/staff ready to fight and not to discuss it at all. I strongly recommend if anyone going to stay there they should go directly their and pay money whatever they ask for else ready for fight in an unknown City...||||Very bad experience for me... Its horrible like a bad dream staying in this property.
