We checked-in on November 5th 2024 evening with booking of 6 rooms. Rooms are all uneven, small n congested. A room or two had problems to even to accommodate luggage properly , a room or two didn't have phones working. There were mosquito and cockroaches visible in bathroom and rooms.Even on request of 1 room change . It was not provided saying all their 34 rooms were booked which didn't seem correct as there were no rush in restaurant.They don't provide basic thing like hand towel. Few rooms didn't have 2 bath towels too just 1 and even on complaint didn't get another. Basically not worth the cost they charge. Food is good.. lower staff is good.. But service can be definitely improved.

Positives: 1. Prime location. 2. Many decent restaurants nearby. 3. Reasonably spacious room. 4. Good service orientation. 5. Food in hotel's own restaurant reasonably good. Negatives: 1. Very uncomfortably soft bed, sloping on the sides. 2. Bathroom fittings such as bidet too hard to operate. 3. A wierd brass tap is first in three basin with opening and closing operation reverse of the logical. 4. Room door lock failed to lock multiple times, required a lot of coordination and caused much consternation. 5. Simple items like tumbler, spoons and blankets in short supply ...requests for the same could not be met.

It is a very beautiful hotel. I had gone with my family to see the Kumbh Mela. It is just a short distance from the hotel. The staff there is very nice. If you all want to go to Kumbh, then it is a very good option.

Small rooms, need to be renovation, bathrooms with defective accessories, 4 rooms out of 6 had defective room locks. (first floor). Restaurant staff is very rude and non professional, We had buffet dinner and Breakfast. Both had limited variety,and average quality. Location is good. Over all it was disheartening experience, In the same terrif you can have better choice.

It was really a nice experience. The hotel is situated in the civil line which is a nearby and clean place. The roads outside the hotel are also so clean. You will love walking outside. Shops and other vendors are so organised. Indian Coffee House is also just outside of this hotel. The staff were so good. I agree that breakfast was not so good. However it does not matter. We have the option to exclude breakfast while booking rooms. Rooms were so neat and clean. As soon u will enter in the room u will feel the good vibes. Overall it was a great experience 😃😃❤️❤️

Rooms are ok but appliances in it was not functioning properly. Complimentary breakfast quality & items should be improved. Rest good located.

I reached at 4:45 PM for check in. The rooms they have given were all wet and smelling bad. They made me wait for around 30 minutes to get the room cleaned. I asked them that by what time they get the room ready for check in, they replied that by 12 PM. I said its been more than 4 hours since then, yet eveeything is so dirty and unclean. Also their reception area has no working AC it seems. Very bad experience. I wont recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious with all amenities. The staff was also very hospitable
