Hotel Advantage Inn

One of the worst experience I have got from this hotel. The manager is very arrogant. No hot water, TV was not working, no intercom inside, they are not following check in time and check out time. They have written that checking timing is 11:00 a.m. but when we entered at 2:00 p.m. they have not given us the room. We have booked 5 rooms. Everyone was upset which his horrible service. After paying amount online the manager told that you have to get out from the hotel. Such kind of a service they are giving in this hotel.

Location was good, staffs are not bad but the service which is directly related to management was extremely poor means as per the room charge it's included complementary breakfast quality was extremely poor, they had only the options in are poha and bread butter. I had one bad expression also that is, my son has birthday for that we arranged cake and all of that making a false allegation that their bedsheet and metress was burnt in that (that was completely false) any how they are trying to make the money. So in nut shell all the bad experience was related to management, in terms of complementary food and this extra charge for the birthday celebration.

Lication wise is good but management is not so friendly. They had given me smoking room instead of non smoking. They had to change but gave us smaller room and very congested for 2 people. Rooms are not so clean. Didn't discuss with them much as we wanted to just sleep for a night and move on to next place. Breakfast is not so gr8. Just to survive. Very limited items.

It’s one of the best places to stay and relax after exploring the Allahabad city. On top of that, the food here is absolutely delicious. After a tiring day, this hotel is perfect for a comfortable stay and a delightful meal. My stay here was wonderful, and the staff was extremely polite and kind in their behavior.

We had a pleasant stay and found the rooms to be comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were helpful, and the overall service was good. However, we did face an issue with hot water during our stay, as the water tank ran empty. It would be great if a bit more attention could be given to ensuring a consistent hot water supply. Other than that, everything else was smooth and enjoyable.
