The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the start, the experience has been a disaster: 1. They demanded extra money beyond what I had already paid in my original booking. 2. They switched me to a different hotel without my consent. 3. They claimed breakfast was not included, even though my booking clearly stated it was. To make matters worse, the hotel is in terrible condition: dirty, poorly maintained, full of cockroaches, and the room looks nothing like the photos. It doesn’t even have a window! I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. A truly unacceptable and disappointing experience.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent stay at Hotel Legacy As a frequent traveler, I understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues I encountered during my stay were unacceptable. Here are the details of my experience: The owners cant even provide a clean towel and soap for handwash !! They asked us to buy from outside at midnight !!! Despite notifying the front desk promptly, no action was taken to rectify the situation. As a result, I had an uncomfortable and sleepless night. Unresponsive Staff: When I approached the front desk to address the issue, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of urgency and failure to provide a solution added to my frustration.The bathroom had visible stains, and the bed linens were wrinkled and disheveled. This lack of attention to cleanliness is unacceptable for a hotel of your caliber. Given the discomfort caused by these issues, I believe a partial refund of my stay is a reasonable request. I expected a higher standard of service from Hotel Legacy and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of that.

Hotel Legacy: A Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Hotel Legacy and was left incredibly disappointed by the overall experience. The staff seemed indifferent to guests' needs, and the service was painfully slow. Basic requests took an inordinate amount of time to fulfill, leaving a frustrating impression. The rooms were nothing special, and there were no complimentary amenities to speak of. Adding insult to injury, the prices were quite high for the subpar quality of service and accommodations provided. I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice and explore other options. Hotel Legacy clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, resulting in a lackluster experience that falls far short of expectations.

Very bad hotel and very bad service. Too many problems, the toilet door No towels, no geyser/hot water, broken taps in toilet sink. I informed them last night There is no ac remote also.

Very bad hotel and very bad service. Too many problems, toilet door did not have lock and the commode did not have ring also. Fan did not have regulator also. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing to say good about this hotel, except maybe the location. The rooms were horrible and not maintained at all.
