Stayed at Hotel UR and loved it! The rooms were clean and comfy, the food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. It’s in a safe area and very affordable too. Definitely recommend if you’re in Prayagraj!

Rooms are not at all maintained. Very untidy bathrooms. Rooms are very small. You get down from bed and you will be in the bathroom. Very very less space. You can't change in the given space, either you have to get on the bed or in the bathroom to change. Very very dissatisfied during the stay.

Great service, great location (very central to all banks and shops -- big and small). Very prompt with room service and amenities and any fixes. Very helpful. I got unwell during my stay due to something else and they helped me get to hospital. I couldn't have done it without them! Pic with Wasi Ahmad, reception at Hotel UR.

The worst hotel I ever visited in my life. I gone through the review post and I surprised how they managed people to post fake reviews. When you ask for complementary water bottle they used to clearly deny . When you ask for towel they used say that towels are not available and are in laundary. 10*10 room provided . Washroom are very dirty. Ordered food for room service . I ordered half tandoori chicken and staf. Comes up with 2 peices of chicken when I escalate the things they come with 2 more pieces which was half cooked. Overall don't try to visit here , in this price range you will get a good room in best hotels nearby this location.

On the main road with traffic and music disturbance throughout the night, broken loo and dripping pipes, phone not working and breakfast included is a joke either aloo Paratha or butter toast that top after ,9:00 am , dirty bed and chipped old furniture, no towels , no tea / coffee arrangements . AVOID

Good hospitality. We checked out in the day and left our luggage in cloak room..When we returned back in evening, Mr. Satyam Jaiswal je voluntarily offered us a room for about an hour to refresh ourself and the kids without any extra cost involved. Budget property with value for money accommodation, I travelled 🧳 along with my family members and had a great and comfortable stay. Although the rooms are compact but they care for you, courtious and helping nature of staff will make you feel wow.. The property holds an excellent location and has a very nice and appealing catchment with many options to chill and make the most of your time. The best part was their flexibility, we wanted late check-out and were willing to pay , but to our surprise they offered us to chill at their Cafe and no additional cost, this was truly surprising and came as a delight for us. We will remember our stay at UR Hotel 😊😊🛏️ 🏨

Very slow service. It was good enough for first half hour or so but later service was painfully slow or not at all. 45 mts at least for a cup of coffee. I could not get a cup of coffee at 9.40 pm (after first agreeing ). I did not get the confidence that you would supply me with even a bottle of water and went and bought it from outside after 10pm. My payment included breakfast as well but you neither brought it nor asked whether I wanted it (not surprising). Overall I was glad to leave the place.
