The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and pleasing. The staff are very courteous and helping. We were staying with a toddler, so needed a few extra things. Everything was provided with a smile. We were given early checkin and late checkout too for which we are grateful. Food was delicious, we requested for less spicy which they delivered.|The Zone connect is luxury and simplicity combined. Overall it was nice staying here.

After wasting ₹60,000 at that nightmare of a hotel, we checked into Zone by The Park, and it was like stepping into a different world. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The welcome drink was refreshing, chilled to perfection, and exactly what we needed after the horror we had just escaped. No wait time at all—we were in our room within minutes!||And the room? Absolute luxury! The bed was soft, spotless, and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hallways were pristine, smelled amazing, and looked like a five-star property. The bathroom? Sparkling clean, modern, and beyond perfect. Not a single bug, not a single stain—just perfection.||But the real showstopper? The food. If I could rate it 2000/10, I would. The pasta was divine—creamy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Every bite felt like it came straight from an Italian chef’s kitchen. The Indian food? Even better! The flavors were rich, authentic, and absolutely unforgettable. I still can’t stop thinking about it!||And the staff? Amazing. Not just polite, but genuinely welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Every request was handled instantly and with a smile. They made sure our stay was beyond perfect.||If you ever visit Prayagraj, don’t even think about staying anywhere else. Zone by The Park is a no-brainer—worth every rupee and more!

I had a very good and comfortable stay in the hotel when I visited Prayagaraj for Kumbh Mela . Although very expensive ( perhaps price was high due to Kumbh Mela), the rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Special mention to Vinay Nehra at the Reception whose smiling and happy behaviour makes it more pleasant stay.||Highly recommend this hotel for families- hopefully if the prices come down.

Very well located properly in Civil Lines. Walking distance from key eating places. Easy access to transport. and walking distance from main shopping district. New property so the infrastructure is good. Staff is very helpful and courteous - though housekeeping needs a little bit of training.

We recently stayed at Zone. It was a wonderful experience. Staff is very polite and helpful, always smile on their face. Owner is quite a gentleman he guided us ahead for the trip. Food at the restaurant is good but should have more option. Its a new hotel.

We visited for mahakumbh 2025, its 15 minutes away from the boat club, rooms and bathrooms are extremely neat, reminded me of the basic rooms at Taj. Was not expecting such a high end hotel here. Food was delicious, at night however there is limited menu which is understandable as it just opened, we wanted fresh lime but the bar was closed nevertheless the person on the phone made a glass for us himself. Customer service is amazing! The manager when we checked in was a really sweet man. The spa and gym are currently under construction, but apart from that the facilities are amazing!

The hotel was nice but had few concerns which I think should be looked by the management to improve: 1. The front car ramp space was very small and uncomfortable. 2. Looked like staff shortage, I asked for an extra bath towel and floor towel but it took them long time to deliver with only the bath towel. (After 2nd reminder) 3. The washroom door frames had many stains of wall colour. 4. One staff at the buffet breakfast was very unprofessional. (Bluntly refused for cheese dosa stating that what ever they have is kept here). Otherwise a nice hotel with most of the staff being friendly.
