All over the hotel was good but, the menu that was given in the breakfast or dinner in the room was not in the buffet and the food was not also of good quality. The room and bathroom were clean. The restaurant was also not pure veg.☆[Note: The price rate in Google is not correct.]☆

We have visited allahabad for the first time from West Bengal...we stayed in this hotel for 2 days..the location is perfect, rooms are clean, food is too good and staffs are well mannered

The location, rooms, and service was amazing. The food was good, we had kulcha, butter panner. The hotel staff and heads were kind enough to answer our queries, there was clear communication. It was worth the cost they charged. It is just a 1 year old hotel but they know how to serve their customers well.. Feedback: Please work on the breakfast menu.

Owner is extremely rude, and likely to cancel your booking if he gets a better booking or banquet booking - not trustworthy. Rooms are good but not worth the risk, especially for marriage booking

Visited this hotel on the occasion of an engagement ceremony. Coincidence or staff's irresponsibility, they forgot to play the song on the couple's entrance; their once in a lifetime moment. When we thought that they couldn't be more careless, the sound system didn't work at the time of the couple's dance. The upside, though, room size was enough to accommodate 3 people at a time. They have elevators. Clean floor, food hygiene is taken care of and THEY LISTEN TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS (can't put the entire team's reputation at stake just because of the mistakes of a certain department, right?!) If you want the best experience though, I would recommend going out there, testing everything a day prior to the event. Do not place your trust entirely in the hotel team, you might end up getting embarrassed by your guests.

A most recommended place to stay. I stayed here for a full week and enjoyed the comfortable infrastructure offered by the cooperative staff here. The restaurant and attached services including certain food preparations can be improved, however for staying it is excellent and comes with a comfortable approach to nucleus of the city. Must you stay here, make sure to order Mutton roghan josh and some chicken Hawaiian salad, which were absolutely satisfying in my own experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food over here is very good but the service took plenty of time. The rooms were pretty much smaller than they looked in the photos but it is well maintained. The location is very good, the main attractions of Prayagraj are all close by.
