Not recommended for stay. Totally unprofessional people. Dirty room, bedsheet, toilet not working. Worst ever experience.

❌❌❌❌Pathetic and rude staff , not recommended 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫❌ Staff often misbehave with u , with no reason , it's feels like they have a shaddy business too One of guard abused his own customer for parking issue ( although they hv parking ). They not only threaten them , but also , try to assualt own customer, I booked this hotel ,they even rude to me , it feel like u r Paying them to get abused I have to leave after seeing all this . For ur own safety , Don't ever book this hotel .

Very Bad Experience, Terrible experience, horrible, experience i wish i could use more in words to explain the stay. Google has to put no star option too for this particular hotel it should be given no star Mr. Amit Goswami unprofessional person ever seen. Bad services, worst management , manager at the reception has his own attitude issues where he responded to us rudely, not attentive at all all the housekeeping boys and other staff’s are lazy, this hotel has to shut as they don’t provide any comfort to the guests as per my experience. About rooms so dirty uncleaned rooms they have. In few of the rooms washrooms are uncleaned, flush was not working , there was no water sometimes, they don’t even have clean sheets for bed we stayed for two days and they never bothered to change the sheets and while asking they only responded we do not have any sheets available. Just not that we had go to the reception to collect water bottles because the lazy ones don't give room services properly. Why this hotel is even running it should be shut till now, what made this hotel running there should a big lock on it , put a shutter on your hotel for god sake as you have nothing i mean nothing like a hotel thing. Mr Amit Goswami such a rude person pathetic person. his younger brother he was also sitting and behaving like unprofessionals. Pathetic hotel please shut your hotel.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Shree Urmila and it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty and smelled musty, and the sheets on the bed had not been changed from the previous guest. The bathroom was also in a very poor condition with dirty walls and moldy tiles. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and seemed to be disinterested in addressing my concerns. When I asked for clean sheets and towels, I was told that they were out of stock and would not be available until the next day. This was unacceptable. Overall, my experience at Hotel Shree Urmila was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look for better options elsewhere." In addition, the noise levels in the hotel were unbearable. The walls were paper-thin and I could hear every noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. There were loud guests shouting and partying until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep

Not satisfied with the facilities provided at the Hotel. No mirror in the Bathroom, No dust bin, Not a single chair provided, Linens and towel were too dirty and used. I would need to go to reception to get a fresh towel by showing the towel. Cleaning staff should be mature enough. In the sentence "Ucha makan, phika Pakwan". I paid Rs 1500 for a day...No value for the money. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

I paid 1904 rupees for the stay and got the worst facilities The toilet is not clean at all The bed sheet is not clean and used towel served Geyser is not working Toilet light is also not working The room is also not clean. Do not stay in this hotel, services and staff is very poor.

Booked this hotel for friends. Their response was nice. Rooms were little small but good. In Allahabad's hot weather ac was working fine. Only 18 rooms are available here in this hotel. I am angree with non ac rooms. Facilities in those rooms were like almost nothing. Fan not working washroom not clean. Doors were broken.
