Hotel Ballian's INN

Charged us 6800 per room. The owner is very sly and cunning. We both agreed on 6800 per room including extra bed but on arrival he asked for 4000 extra and was asking for call recording as proof of the agreement. Do not stay at this stupid hotel. Worst hoteling experience of my life

The photos of rooms do not say the whole story of this hotel. Sure, they look nice in pictures.. and are more or not the same in person. But when u stay there u understand what kind of hopeless place it is.. Room has no TV.. no ac.. bathroom has geyser of 5L. I mean how can even one person take a bath with such less hot water.. I mean I use that geyser in kitchen sink.. then u can just see how much cost cutting has been done and it stings when you pay such a high price.. Let's talk about service, location and owner.. it's absolutely worst.. we had booked almost 10 days ago.. and we were in touch with Mr. Vishal Singh (the owner) the whole time as to when we will arrive.. When we reached there they even were not sure which rooms to give to us even though we had booked 2 larger rooms.. Then the owner started asking extra money as to what was previously agreed upon.. I mean what's a guy's word worth if you can't even stay true to it.. he asked for 4000 rs extra when we reached late at night and knew we had nowhere to go citing the increased demand because of the kumbh. We had to pay extra even though we booked it well in advance and given half the sum.. Then when we went in the rooms.. the bathroom still had someone's shit still in them.. and the guy kept saying that it will be cleaned only in the morning.. We reached at around 11 pm.. the bathroom was cleaned finally at 1 am late in the night.. I mean we had to leave for Kumar early in the morning at 4 am.. and Let's talk about kumbh.. the owner the staff kept lying to us about the location.. everything is so far away from that place.. kumbh was 10 kms away while he kept insisting it was 2 kms only.. and he has no parking.. you have to park on road and that is very heavy flowing. In summary, this hotel is a complete disappointment. Despite looking decent in pictures, it falls short in reality with poor amenities, including a room with no TV, no AC, and a tiny 5L geyser that’s inadequate for even a single shower. The cost-cutting is evident everywhere, and it feels like a rip-off given the high prices. The service and location are the worst aspects. Despite booking well in advance, the owner, Mr. Vishal Singh, was disorganized and unprofessional, even asking for an extra Rs. 4000 upon arrival, citing increased demand due to Kumbh. To make matters worse, the bathroom was dirty upon check-in, and it wasn’t cleaned until 1 AM, even though we arrived at 11 PM. The staff lied about the location, claiming the Kumbh was just 2 km away, when it was actually 10 km, and there’s no parking—guests have to park on a busy road. The whole experience was frustrating and unpleasant.

We book 2 rooms for 2 days by MAKE MY TRIP , & we paid full amounts for this booking amounts rs.25,366/- for date 06.02.25 to 08.02.25 , & before 3 days after booking we confirm for this booking & & hotel manager mr.vishal singh confirm for this booking & also confirm CHECK IN time , but at the time CHECK IN hotel person Mr.Vishal rep that all rooms are occupied (full) & no rooms available & not given rooms, & excuses & give wrong reasons... make my trip given wrong suggest for this hotel (money waste, time waste) WRONG HOTEL & WRONG PERSON (MR.VISHAL SINGH - OWNER),

I had booked this hotel from Expedia and this guy from ballians didn't confirm the booking. Was saying have taken bookings offline for these days.
