OYO Mahalakshmi Inn

The location is perfect for any situation, on the road, no problem. Rooms are okish. The owner had a puppy on the floor who was constantly barking during the noon and sometimes in the night. i was staying with my 1 year old light sleep baby, so i faced some problems due to this, otherwise it was ok. Service was good. You must try their noodles, they were awesome, trust me. And one suggestion to the owner, develop some system so that the night gatekeeper knows about any pendency of the room for early morning checkout room guests. We had to wait 30 minutes at the reception during 5.30 am checkout, even though we had cleared our dues before a day.

Bad experience because lack of cleanliness, quality is no satisfactory as per charge. I couldn't sleep whole night due to mosquito bites. They couldn't provide any mosquito repellents Overall not recommend at all

Their location and rooms are good. But they lacks in service. Rooms are spacious with good furniture but no wifi and bad room service. I was unlucky when I visited them 3 months ago, there was an issue with electricity utility and peak of summer. Their management is ok ok and not so concerened about the guests issues.

Overall, This Palce Has been a Good night to me. As a couple i found it great and will give 4 rating honestly. Pros : 1- It was easy to conversation with the staff to get keys of the room there ( although i booked through MakeMyTrip ). 2- AC, tv, fan, clean washroom available. 3- outside is market, but that was non of our business as the room is inner side without noise or any disturbances. 4- Staff was good as they solve our problem of tv, and bring water instantly on one call 5- there was no disturbance of privacy. Cons : 1- the bed was not quite clean, we as a couple feel some dirtyness, may be we could call the staff, but we forgot, to change the bed. 2- there were enough mosquitos at night to disturb you. So ask the staff or take Mortin with you.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have given that. Worst hotel with worst facilities. Booked hotel for 25 people and told the management (some random gutka chewing guy) that the guests will be arriving at 6 AM and he said all arrangements has been done and the check in will be smooth. But when the guests arrived, he said the rooms have been occupied and the occupants will be leaving after 12 PM. And we cannot check in before that. WTF!!! Ok. We managed with that. When the guests were in their rooms. All of a sudden their water supply got interrupted. In the month of June. Seriously? And then instead of a water tanker they went for a bucket. They had only one bucket and 1 person to supply that. They could have given atleast 10 buckets. But they didn't have that. The guests had to toe the buckets themselves even. Worst hotel. We have faced difficulties two times in a row now. Do not go for this hotel. It's not even worth a penny.

Recently I stayed in this hotel for one night on 30 nov 20 booked through oyo. room no, was 106 and this happened to be worst stay in my life. Geyser was not working, there was no TV, toilet was very dirty, no intercom and room was full of mosquitos. On complaining they said this all you should report to OYO. Up to now my every booking through OYO went very fine. but I can not understand how this hotel is contracted by OYO. My sincere advise is do not waist your money by staying in this hotel.

One the best hotel in rajororpur , prayagraj . I visited recently. It was really nice for stay. Please exclude the breakfast in your booking because there is a sweet corner near the hotel. You can eat breakfast there because they serves amazing breakfast. A Durga Mandir is near the hotel. This hotel is 500 meter in the left of rajororpur police chowki.

Bad experience here. They show different picture in web page. I booked here for 4 days but I left it the same day cause of facilty there. It was smelly and dirty room/washroom. Bed sheet was of very poor quality and the blanket was thin not enough for simle cold day. And they even didn't returned my money after I asked, not even for the next 3 day I have already booked.
