Muat plan an action against them they are just made a business with a big zero service Worst place dont even think to visit hear Hell will be even better At this price you will get more and much better rooms Extremely slow service and worst experience ever Maintenance and cleanness zero Staff behaviour worst.

1. The location is near Rambagh Train Station. So it provides a easy mean of commute. You can travel by foot to the station. 2. There is a park albeit small one, just in front of the hotel, so you can have a leisure walk there in the evening. 3. The staff is extremely responsive, and delivers quick action without needing to intervene. The attendants are all polite and extremely helpful. 4. The room decent. It is neither too small not too spacious. A decent price. But the amenities are not provided in the bathroom and you have to ask the staff. Nonetheless they provided it readily. 5. One big advantage is that there is a restraunt inside the hotel which provides decent food, so you don't have to go hunting for food.

Booked this hotel for engagement function, food is good but service is pathetic. The staff will not do anything unless, you follow-up again and again. One reason may be they have less staff members. They do not have any proper sofa for functions like engagement or wedding, they use the same sofa kept in reception with a broken leg. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Would recommend this hotel for stay but not for functions as they do not have sufficient staff, the manager used to say this always-"We don't have staff"

Located close to Hanuman Mandir Chowk Rambagh opposite Hotel Crown Palace with ALD City Railway station just a KM away, this property has small rooms but superb food and above average service and staff. Amenities including attached bathrooms and toiletries are basic. Hygiene can be better but still will be rated as sightly above average. Parking is problem , elevator is there from reception but there are around 8 stairs up till reception. Property remains busy with corporates and social functions like weddings, engagements and birthdays due to its quality food and halls provided for such ceremonies. Hot water accessibility in rooms is also there but with wait beyond morning hours. Decent for budget travelers.

Nice reception...rooms are okay but i think should be better as per the cost. TV and AC works fine with all channels on TV. You have free WiFi and nice and clean washrooms, although i think rooms are less spacious. Room service available.The food is very tasty especially gulab jamun.

Hotel staff was rude, their washroom taps were damaged and flush was not working, on complaint,he did not even took a concern of it. Worst experience ever. never book this property.
