I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite charging ₹9000 per room, the facilities were nowhere near acceptable. The room conditions were extremely poor—dirty bedsheets, a very small bathroom, and lack of basic amenities. Food was served in packaging without plates or cutlery, making dining very inconvenient. The service was subpar, with no proper assistance provided. For the price they charge, the quality should be far better. Honestly, the room was in a condition that felt like it should cost only ₹500-1000 at most. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. There are far better options available at a much lower price. Avoid AVOID AVOID!

Disappointing Experience: Avoid This Hotel Rating: 1/5 (Zero stars if possible) I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must warn others to avoid it. While the hotel itself is average, the washroom is ridiculously small, making it difficult to move around without bumping into something. However, the real issue lies with the receptionist, Miss Shraddha Singh. Her behavior was appalling, and she is undoubtedly the rudest person I've encountered in the hospitality sector. We checked in early, paid in full, including an extra mattress for our group of four. However, when we returned in the evening, Miss Singh denied that we had paid for the extra mattress and delayed confirming with her colleague. We had to repeatedly call and remind her, and eventually, the staff brought the mattress, but without a bed sheet. Miss Singh's response to our requests was unacceptable. She argued with us, refused to listen, and even hung up on us. It wasn't until 10:30 pm that we finally received the bed sheet. To add insult to injury, the hotel didn't provide basic amenities like towels, water, and toiletries. Our stay felt like a punishment. Unless the hotel takes drastic measures to improve their staff's behavior and amenities, I would strongly advise against staying here.

The rooms were dirty and had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. Despite several complaints, they were cleaned only after repeated follow-ups. Shraddha Singh, the receptionist, is completely unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy. It’s baffling how someone with such poor manners has been assigned this role. She speaks rudely and behaves as if the guests are staying in her hotel for free. It seems she forgets that she is an employee, and the guests’ payments contribute to her salary. If you happen to encounter Shraddha Singh at the reception, brace yourself for a ruined day. From basic amenities like soap, towels, and bedsheets, everything needs to be requested multiple times, making you feel like you’re begging despite having paid your hard-earned money for the stay. This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management.

If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I absolutely would. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Prayagraj was our last stop during an 8-day trip to Uttar Pradesh, and this hotel ensured it ended on a terrible note. We had booked a room with an extra mattress and arrived early for check-in. At that time, we were told that the cleaning department would come after 10 AM. However, it wasn’t until 12 PM that the room was finally cleaned. When we returned to the hotel around 5 PM, we asked for the extra mattress. The receptionist, Shradha Singh, said she needed to confirm with someone else. We waited and followed up multiple times—at 8 PM, 9 PM, and again at 9:30 PM. On the last call, she rudely cut the call and spoke in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. We got the mattress at 10 pm and bedsheet at 10:30 pm. If someone is sitting at the reception, the least they should know is how to communicate with guests politely. Unfortunately, this basic courtesy was entirely missing. Reasons NOT to stay here: 1. Poor service. 2. Unprofessional staff. 3. Utter lack of hospitality. Reasons TO stay here (sarcasm intended): Shradha Singh will ensure your trip, day, and vacation are thoroughly ruined with her unnecessary attitude and rudeness.

Worst experience ever Room dirty full of mosquitoes, single towel provided for 2 persons even after asking again . Towel/bedsheets were clearly looking like used ones Dont recommend for senior citizens as there is no lift for 3-4th floor also Just due to location they are looting people

There is no rating below 1 star hence giving one star They should be minus 5 rating Manager/owner is rude Rooms with worst condition , dirty blankets , used towels , no glass to window-lot of mosquitoes ( u have to ask good night many times) There workers ask for tip People dont have many option near sangam station and hence they take benefit of it Within few months there will be other options And they will see downfall as they are looting people

Very rude behaviour smelly washrooms even the sink is blocked. expected a lot within 1300 worth of price but its not even worth 500 very cheap hotel. no available food service.never gonna visit here again

The rooms were smelly, suffocating and disgusting. The road to the hotel was full of mud. Without autoriksha we cant even go for a tea beacause of mud and water nearby. Rooms and service were not satisfactory at all. I booked only because its very near to prayagraj sangam railway station. No other stays available nearby even if u didnt like ur stay. Pillow cover was dirty and tv was there in room but remote not provided so we cant switch on it. Dissappointed.
