We had a suite and it was very nice. Lots of space, large, comfortable bed. The restaurant is fairly good in the evening, but at breakfast you should be down early. The road outside is very narrow for cars and I would not drive there with my own vehicle. But is was a fascinating street to walk on. The river is also very close, jus two blocks.

Location is in the old city of Prayagraj. There is no proper parking. It's old kothi restored to a heritage hotel. However, waiters have sleepy eyes and are not very attentive. Cleaning of the cups, plates needs to be done immediately. We called for the & snacks in the evening and these cups & plates were not cleared till next day 9 a.m. that's shocking. Also one room had a rat roaming. Room cleaning was not done. Head table drawers had used medicine stips and toffee rappers. For a 4 star hotel this outright shameful.

This place is very old, located in not the easiest way to get to but that cannot be helped. The property doesn't feel like old since they have modernized the inside without sacrificing its origins. Once you get inside, they really treat you like royalty! The service was just perfect and then they went above and beyond for me. I left my wallet with my ID, cash and all my credit cards and they found it, traveled 3 hours to hand deliver it to me. Who does that in this day and age? Thank you Mr. Dwivedi and his wonderful staff. They left me speechless with their honesty!

I highly recommend this place. The food, chai and staff was good. Special mention to Mrs Romina Singh who showed me around the historical significance that the hotel had in its place. She was very courteous and helped me click pictures as well.

Awesome Heritage hotel,the rooms,the people,and the environment which has been created with the old and fascinating kothi,is just superb. It still has the basement,jail and the stairs stating the centuries old stories. The best part is,it has swimming pool on top of the roof. The panoramic view from the top is beyond one can imagine. The unique style of welcoming their guests will leave you awestruck.

Stayed at 206 room no with no warm water, steep staircase, breakfast pathetic taste, approach road to hotel is hostile for four-wheel vehicles as very narrow lane... Costliest hotel in town with many shortcomings not worth it... Next morning I moved to a better hotel... Don't go by pic of hotel as you will not be able to get that feel of the hotel due to structural design. Suggest avoid the hotel, don't go by pix as hostile approach road, poor food quality and lots of limitations in structure of hotel, loud noises from loudspeakers in vicinity add to agony only... Rest, your choice

It was a very good experience. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved the antique rooms and the hotel decor. The staff were really kind and welcoming. A special note of appreciation to Romina Ji for her warm welcome and the enriching guided tour in the hotel premises. ❤️❤️🙏🙏

Great place to stay if you love heritage type of accommodation. 400 years old koti converted to a hotel. Ankit and Saif Ali gave us excellent service.
