worst service, place, behaviour, inko ye bhi ni pta jisne ek din phle app se pay kr k call p personal number lekr bat kia aur delhi se inke yaha ata h hospital Jane k liye ye usko bande ko night stay ka 600 extra charge krte hai, no ac, no toilet hygiene,best part, comod filled with choked potty. I call the receptionist and show the same dirty bed, towel, no handwash,no soap, upon call th admin, he guided me oyo Never provides any so, get, handwash or towel, thinking I'm visiting for the first time. I asked to show me another room that is hygienic or refund so I can look another option and go hospital after freshening up myself. Bhai n bola jo Krna hai krlo paise ni milega aap jao dusra dekhlo. fir maine dusra le lia afternoon me. Again bhai se raha ni gya jb mai hospital.e tha ye bol k gya mai noon m ayenga bcz I have to leave next morning. Bade bhai k jalwe hai apne area me to mere bahar jate hi mjhe check out mark kr dia mai hospital me baith k dekha to help n support p inform kia. As usual unse koi ummid ni kr skte kisi chij k liye bcz wo remotely operation dekhte h handle krte h. my personal experience highly dissatisfied. and couples k liye bilkul hi ghatia hai mai sare screenshot chat room pic atta krta hu aur anyone before visiting this property can directly call me and take the full experience. thanks Bhai apko for your new property and Thaks to team OYO just bcz the last experience that i shared with Jodhpur incident you guys handled very well and proved me wrong and didn't refund also said i should have informed those incidents when I was in the property. just adding this time I called your team when I was in the property and again as expected you guys are more helpless and hopeless than me. Suggestion all single couples plz stop using oyo.
