Om Clarks Inn

The room smelled like anything. I had requested the staff to clean, but they sprayed room freshener and the smell issue was not resolved. The reception is on the second floor and the room was given on the first floor. First we have to take a lift to the second floor and walk through the corridor and in another lift we have to get down from another lift. The breakfast tasted very bad. The most horrible experience I have.

Supporting Staff , Luxurious facilities , quick Services, I met the Manager name is Varsha , she is very supportive and having good coordination Skills . Overall I’ll give 5 stars out of 5 .

I have checked in this hotel on 26th… I felt room was smelling very badly and when I complained staff they spoke rudely and said your payment already done you can leave we will not refund Somehow I adjust… AC WAS not working when I complained they stopped replying my phone and asked me to checkout This is fake Clark’s inn and running by some local goon pls don’t do any booking here not a single point why other are putting positive review… totally fake property and not as per standard and a big NO to this fake property

This hotel hospitality was good but need to improve in ventilation facilities in wasroom area. Remaining all services was good. You can stay.

Very disappointing services. Very rude, impolite Manager. Don't know how to behave with the guests. Not meeting with the standards of Clarks group. unexpected Clarks as a group where no educated & sincere staff.

The rooms are really cozy and clean..but the room service and the food quality is as bad as it can be.
