This is my third time staying at this hotel. The service was excellent during my first two visits, but this time, I was given a ground-floor room that was in poor condition. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the sink and shower, and despite my repeated requests, the management did not address the issue. As a result, my third experience here was very disappointing. I hope you will improve your services and listen to your customers' concerns. I may reconsider staying here again in the future.

Affordable hotel that is very nearest to Banaras Railway station. Friendly service provided. Good care of guests was taken by the management. Don't miss the Chai during your there.

The hotel is just like a lodge with no service at all. The owner stays there whole day and does negotiation and his only aim to take exorbitant money from you without any facility. It is situated in a residential area with no parking and narrow lane. It seems that owner does not care for guests and takes them for granted.... No courtesy, as is expected in Hospitality business And and the top of it, the owner lies too, 2 kids and 6 adults had checked of a family had checked in, see his reply......I pity him Please get your facts right.

It was a very pleasant and nice stay at Hotel silsila. Some of the key points what I noticed are: 1. Location - very near to railway station 2. The cleanliness and Hygiene of the room. 3. Humble and well behaved hotel staffs. 4. Last but not the least the Good food .

Bad hospitality- No seriousness towards customer after asking Many times about towel and soap - geyser not working - charging high cost as per their service - 2200 for three person and 3rd person bed is for thin layer plastic uncomfortable foam - as per their service ( It should be 500 per person) only reception looks cool remaining are not so good

An amazing experience at this hotel. Very good location, very near to Benaras Railway station. Facilities: • Resturant • Free wifi • Parking • Babysitting Amazing food and well trained and humble staff. Rooms available at reasonable prices. Must consider if visiting Varanasi.
