Hotel Heritage

This hotel was an absolute nightmare! In over 30 years of traveling, it stands out as the worst experience my family has ever had. The accommodation was a disgrace – filthy rooms, disgusting quilts, drapes, and linens that looked like they've never seen a washing machine. To top it off, we had uninvited guests in the form of drainage mice, helping themselves to our food and clothes! When we dared to ask the service staff for better quilts and a cleaner environment, they responded with a dismissive regularity, as if subpar service was the norm. This place reeks of incompetence and seems more interested in squeezing money out of unsuspecting guests than providing any semblance of hospitality. Save yourself the misery and choose any other hotel; Agoda and MakeMyTrip offer far superior options at the same price. Booking this place was a colossal mistake that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

One of most horrible hotel in Varanasi. Rooms are too dirty and congested. No aminities are facilitated. During winter, the condition of blankets are just thrownable . Condition seems to be picked up from cremation ghat from dead bodies. No hot water facilities to drink. No housekeeping service. We rented 5 rooms for four days for a family tour, two families were tremendously harrased by rats. Destroyed costly bags and precious foods. Staffs behaviour is very very rude and not customer friendly. They don't want to accept any complaints even rather than troubling guests. I would suggest for alternate accomodations specially the tourists visiting Banaras.

It’s not even worth 1star. The worst service ever. The rooms are dirty. There were rats in the room. Blanket and clothes got stolen from the room. Not worth a penny.
