Hotel SARC Inn

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and elegance of the room.||The room was spacious, well-designed, and had all the modern amenities I needed — including a super comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless.

We went to Banaras on 15th December. The food there and the behaviour of the staff was very good. The second big thing is that we come here for darshan of Kashi Vishwanath, it is very close, 1.5 km and Kal Bhairon is also nearby, we were there for 5 days, there was a family like atmosphere, thanks to the staff of Hotel Sarc Inn who gave such a good service and also took a lot of care.

All staff are well behaved very neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Location is perfect for kashi Vishwanath temple.

Hotel is located 3km from dashashwamedh ghat. Hotel has 18 rooms in total with Restrurant. They say 3 star however I would rate two stars for following reasons: 1.rooms are too small and does have much amenities. They false mentions a large list of amenities in room such as drawers, storage. Bedsheets and towels looks like they have not been washed properly. They give 500ml of bottled water as complimentary along with only 4 pouch of whitener or milk pouches. 2. Restrurant food is not so good. If you have booked for breakfast or lunch or dinner or all then you are dependent on them. The rude staff from reception to housekeeping to Restrurant waiters. You book buffet food , they will give you excuses that why buffet is not put as less guest opted for it. Same thing they repeat to all guests. They will never give you buffet menu of display. I would request to avoid this hotel for long stay or go food . Better stay in lodge or hotels. They are cheats

Situated in an excellent location, this hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers exploring Varanasi. The standout feature is undoubtedly the restaurant, serving such delicious food that we happily had all our meals there. The staff’s hospitality is exceptional, making the stay even more enjoyable. While everything else was wonderful, upgrading the linens would enhance the overall experience. A highly recommended option for a comfortable and satisfying visit!

The Restaurant has a very Royal vibe with excellent music playing, the food and the tables are extremely hygienic and their is every variety of food present in the restaurant. The Waiters very very patient and kind as well and the hospitality was of the highest quality.

We were a group of 15 persons, stayed for 2 days. Rooms were clean and nice. Service staffs were very hospitable. Heartfelt thanks to Mr Purushottam the manager. He was very helpful and provided utmost care for our group. He promptly addressed any issues/requests we had. A special mention to Ms Janki, kitchen staff. Very polite and pleasant. Provided very good service during buffets. Definitely recommended.

Well maintained hotel,food price is comparatively very high as normal water bottle costs 40 to 45 and they don't have any arrangements of drinking water in rooms and room service is also not so good, ambience is good and clean.
