The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful restaurant. Amiable staff. The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected.

One of the best hotels you’ll find in Varanasi. Modern and elegant. The service is excellent, and the staff is very helpful and attentive. They quickly found a shirt I had forgotten in my room before my departure. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Everything was new, restrooms were clean and hygienic. Rooms are comfortable, big cushion beds, proper toiletries, polite staff, Posh location convenient for both business and temple tours. Food available at the hotel. Much better than other hotels in Varanasi. If you want cleanliness don't think twice, go ahead and book.

The hotel rooms are very neat , clean and good facilities all around. The hotel staff is very helpful as well. The one star low is for the treatment of the people in the restaurant upstairs . I felt the Indians are treated a little different compared to whites (if I may say) upstairs . I recommend to change that a little . But otherwise it was a very good experience in the hotel rooms

This is a very nice place to stay in Varanasi. The location is good, close enough to the Ganges to walk if you had to (though driving is preferred as it's about 3km), but far enough away where it's a little quieter. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, and everything in the rooms worked perfectly. There is a restaurant on the 4th floor and the food there is pretty decent (though maybe a tad on the expensive side). There were only two things keeping this below 5 stars for me. The biggest issue was the insects. I stayed on the ground floor, and unfortunately there is a gap between the door and the floor. Every time I left my room I would come back to a bunch of bugs, ranging in size from mosquitoes and fruit flies, to large mantises. When I was in the room I jammed a towel in front of the door to try and stop the bugs, but once I opened the door to leave the towel moved away and the bugs moved in. Getting bitten by mosquitoes repeatedly in your room in a hotel of this price was unexpected. The other main thing was the price. I wouldn't go as far as to say that the price was too high, but it was far from a bargain either. Considering the bug issues I faced, as well as all the noise from the lobby and street as a result of being on the first floor, I think the price was a little too high. Finally, the restaurant doesn't take international credit cards for some reason, and if you try to pay in cash they never have any change. They let you charge your meals to the room, but it would be nice if payment was easier. I'd still recommend this place, but avoid rooms on the first floor unless you like dealing with insects and noise.

It was great experience. Rooms were little small but we were three people. They do provide extra mattress. Bedding was comfortable. Alright for 1-2 nights for two people per room! Clean and quick service. Rooms had enough water bottles, and kettle with tea and coffee options. Shower and Toilet were great! For anyone who doesnt stay in India they have Toilet paper available too. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was alright, had many options but almost everything was full of carbs for any health conscious people. Almost no protein options. But taste was good.

The hotel is beautiful and fantastic ! The food is great and service is flawless. Staff was amazing and very cooperative, upgraded my room as a gesture. Rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean. Food is super yummy and loved tea, it was the best we had.

Was a great hotel with location just outside of main centre. Was better than expected. Nice clean and attentive staff. Considering our trip was during the most busiest time of Kumbh Mela. Will definitely stay here again.
