Hotel Sankalp Banaras

One of the most hospitable places I have stayed, complete value for money. Really good location, easy to get a tom-tom for the ghats. Food was good, chef comes and asks for feedback after every meal - that was really above and beyond. Loved that they gave a choice of UV water (thereby giving customers a chance to be climate conscious). Hotel was new, so all the facilities were top notch. (Was actually better than what the pics depict).

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a very comfortable bed and high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the area, and I appreciated the quiet surroundings despite being so close to the temple, Ghat.

Horible experience — avoid this hotel We had constant power trips throughout our stay. Electricity kept cutting out with no proper resolution. The reception lady showed zero interest in service or recovery. When we complained, they would send someone unannounced, and on multiple occasions, staff entered our room without permission while we were sleeping to “fix” the issue. This is a serious violation of privacy and safety. Never visiting this property again. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

We had a great experience over there. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was good and special thanks to all team as they was way too polite and was helpful in every situation. If i ever get a chance i will stay here again.

Our stay at Hotel Sanklap was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One of the best hotel in Uttar Pradesh The staffs of the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.We also enjoyed the delicious food and also loved the convenient location. Nice experience overall.
