HOTEL XENIA

The hotel is centrally located. Thhough it is in a small street but location is not bad. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was decent and cooperative. Room service was also good. It's around 3 to 4 km far from Kashi Vishwanath temple. Breakfast was above average. Overall good experience and can be opted for family stay even.

I had a great stay at Hotel Xenia! The highlight of my experience was the exceptional hospitality and support from the staff, especially Mr. Rakesh, the manager. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. His warm and welcoming attitude truly made a difference. The location is perfect, particularly if you’re visiting during Kumbh Mela, as it helps avoid major traffic diversions. It was convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5-star rating is that the rooms could be cleaner. A little more attention to housekeeping would make this hotel an absolute top choice. Overall, great service, amazing staff, and a prime location—I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Never trust these reviews, even hot water wasn't available. The room is full of dust and parking entry is tight. Staff starts maintainance work once you check in, extreamly overpriced. Incompetence you can experience everywhere. I had to check out without leaving Varanasi.

I stayed with my family at Hotel Xenia, for 2 nights, I was absolutely delighted by the service extended by all of the staff, they were always willing to help and went beyond to fulfill every requirement that we had. I must compliment especially Mr. Rakesh who was at the front desk who made our stay so comfortable, we almost felt like we were at home. The rooms are spacious clean and neat, could use a bit of maintenance to make it even better. Any future trips to Varanasi, me and my family will always opt for Hotel Xenia....

Xenia Hotel. Booked for Group of 25 Pax Not worth for what they charge. No Door Mats Only one coffee cup kept in room for 2 Sharing (Room 2002) Uncleaned room was allotted (5002) later after complaint changed 1 water bottle was kept for two people after complaint one more bottle was given. No Water jugs at Dinning table, every time we need to go for water. Water glass was not provided, they was giving paper Glass Tea cups were not there they was giving paper cups, which is uneasy to use. Before check in rooms was not ready, they provided extra mattress after check in. Breakfast menu was too less and we need to wait for Idly and Pooris . Midnight the staff was shouting near room 2002 for do check in with other guests it was too disturbing. Coffee and Tea (105/- per tea)was not good... Roadside tea (10/-) will has better taste than this. Hygienic was not good as Vikram Palace. Totally Dissatisfied with hotel atmosphere and service.

My worst experience in any hotel Worst room stinky and untidy, roof panels were broken. Worst housekeeping service( you have to call 4-5 times for one thing) Worst bedsheets and linens Washroom was ok ok types Total waste of money Worst breakfast buffet

I stayed here for 6 days but literally I was frustrated with their room service In the Room , there are no basic essential things like a towel , dental kit ,soap ,hair oil, comb so I will not recommend to anyone to visit this hotel. There are a lot of options in Mahmoorganj so please try another hotel

Don't go on pics & reviews which are shown on google. I had booked premium room on ixigo app. On arrival to hotel they alloted us Deluxe room and said that this is premium room only. First room they alloted was not opening. So they gave another room beside it. After entering the room, bedsheet was not good quality. Staff changes out bedsheet. It took almost half hour to settle down. No hot water available. Washroom lock was not functioning properly. Morning breakfast was served at room temperature. Sabji poori was cold. Idli sambar was also cold. Room service guy never picked up our call in 3 days stay. For every problem you have to call reception. It's just a 2 star hotel. Don't go on pics and info of social media. At last what I can say is that it's not value for Money.
