The hotel is near to varanasi station. The staff at checkin counter I.e. Mr. Ayush and Mr. Rudra are very helpful and will always say yes to your service requests. The conveyance is available 24 hrs. The rooms are neat and food is also good. I highly recommend to stay in this home like feel hotel.

A lovely room with top-tier staff. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful, clean room to come home to at the end of a day in busy Varanasi. The staff helped us get buses, rickshaws and cars which was extremely kind of them. Thank you for a great stay (and for all the chai).

The room was impeccably clean and offered great value for the money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Overall, it was one of the best hotels in Varanasi.

Amazing hotel. We have really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend. The rooms are really nice as well as the complimentary breakfast. The service is also good. The shower is well renovated. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a good time staying at Sugar Stars Inn. Looks like it's quite popular in the city.. The connectivity is brilliant. One can get rickshaws with no hassle at all. The hotel staff is very very helpful. They assisted us with the rickshaws, connected us with locals. Well spoken.. The room service is pretty good, in house food is tasty, filling and the chai is to die for.. an ultimate taste of Adrak wali chai on winter days.. That's the vacation I wanted and that's the vacation I got. Thank you Sugar Stars Inn :)

The hotel is well maintained and managed. The staff are helpful and friendly. The place is clean and reasonably priced. The front office staff... Mr Aggrim...is helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The rooms are slightly small but well kept.

Especially good service. Admins Aggrim and Rudra did all their best to make our stay as comfortably as possible. At the end when I left my phone in the hotel and found out it only in the train station Rudra brought it me directly to the station. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel with a relatively interesting location. It has a small breakfast, but it's quite tasty. The room is comfortable. They asked if we needed the room cleaned? We ended up refusing. Finding high quality accommodation in Varanasi is not easy. If I go back to India, I intend to stay again!
