Hotel Shivay

Rude staff and Owner. All taps and bathroom fittings are damaged. When asked for a refund the owner got angry and asked to leave the hotel at 9:00 P.M. Make sure you never book this hotel and never pay them in advance as this leads to them being controlling.

Most awful and disgusting hotel and services in whole Varanasi. Staff and manager's behaviour is very rude. Must avoid.

Shiway hotel is best in the varanasi. Service superb and nearest temple . Available for cheeld cold water and cleaning super fast and good.

I booked different hotel but they changed it to this hotel. Quality was very bad in this hotel . Very far from temple. Very high prices for auto . Bedsheets very dirty. No cleanliness .
