OVERALL VERY WORST HOTEL IN CLEANLINESS, SERVICE AND STAFF BEHAVIOR. BEDSHEETS ARE WITH HOLES. NOT CHANGED INSPITE OF 3 REQUEST. ALL OUTS IN ROOMS ARE EMPTY. ONLY COMMITTMENTS GIVEN ARE NOT FOLLOWED. VERY BAD HOTEL AND WORST EXPERIENCE. WE STAYED ON 15&16 NOV 24.ROOMS PAINTES PELLED OFF. DILIP FROM NAGPUR MAHARASHTRA.

Worst hotel and rude staff I ever experienced. Better to sleep in car or in stay in any aashram. They didn't respect their guests. The manager and other staff misbehave with their guest. Please don't think about staying here.

Worst hotel I've ever visited if i have option to sleep in car it would me more better but unfortunately I'm with my family grandparents .worst room bedsheet are stinky taps are leaking, rude staff . Rooms are very over priced as per the condition of the room and service. They didn't include ac prices and then demand me 300 for 2 hour use . Worst service they only want money they don't know anything about hospitality. Plug points are not useful you can't even charge your mobile phone it will not hold your charger. You cannot close bathroom door 👎🏻.geyser is not working in my room . I'm not going to visit this hotel again. This hotel made my varanasi trip as an bad experience.

This property located 8 kms away from Banaras rly station. Room condition is poor. Poor and brocken bathroom fittings. Water heater and tv were found not working. No lift for elders. Not worth for money.

Horrible experience with the owner of this hotel. Very very very bad, rude and nasty behaviour with the guests... Only one staff is there and he also says how he is exploited by the owner. The owner is rough, mean minded and doesn't have the basic business sense of hospitality management. For this reason the basic room services are not provided. He only eyes for the floating customers and I think not a single visitor will visit this hotel for the second time. Bathrooms are dirty, pillow covers, bedsheets are not changed regularly and above all, whenever you contact over phone, he used to misguide you by telling all lies about the facilities including car parking. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will never find any other visitor. No restuarant. The local people consider him as a blatant cheater. Be careful of this type of cheating hotel at Sarnath.

Horrible hotel , stinkingrooms, even sitting chair was dirty not clean, ....no hot water, dirty linens (pics uploaded), came as part of group thru irctc Definitely will not recommended both, neither irctc package and Definitely DONOT BOOK HERE even by mistake

Only high ground clearance vehical can be parked in the basement. Small hatchbach like i20, baleno, wagonr etc cant be parked in the basement due to high incline slope which damage car underbody. Do not listen to the owner about small car parking suggestion. Room size ok, very dirty rooms, very bad behaviour, no room service, high price compare to the facility you get. No hotel near by for eating except one gali hotel.
